I will never order from this website again. I ordered a customised saree worth 10,000. It took one month to get delivered which is fine. The product I ordered and what I received are extremely different. Basically I got something worth 2000. Colour was different, embroidery was different, fabric was different, blouse stitching was different. In short poor material. When I called them saying that I will never wear something like this for my function, they said atleast give it a try, I will look nice but I refused. Then after several arguments they got ready to take it back and do the changes in the saree. It then took another month to get it delivered. Honestly, it was better than what I got previously but still not upto the mark to what I have seen in the website. Just because my money is stuck I could not do anything as they mentioned that the item cannot be returned once stitched. Never order from this website. What you see and what u get will be totally different. If I could share the images you guys get to know but don’t have an option to upload imaged

Recently ordered a saree and a lehenga from Indiabazaaronline.com and I just received them! I was very nervous ordering Indian clothes online due to a previous bad experience but decided to give indiabazaaronline.com a try because of their great reviews. I’m so glad I did!! The outfits I ordered are exactly as pictured on their site and the custom stitching fit me well. I was so pleased with my order that I’m in the process of ordering one more anarkali from them! Hopefully it comes out as good as the outfits I previously ordered. Will update review once I receive that. Stay tuned.

PS. I should say that their customer service is amazing. Above and beyond what I expected. Very easy to communicate from the US through WhatsApp and I even had a customer service representative call me to make sure all my questions were answered. Who does that these days? Really great.

Great shopping experience for me. Indiabazaaronline people are really superb. I have been shopping from many sites. I live in us and here in India for a wedding. I ordered a lehenga and a saree for my wife. I got pretty good stuff and also in time. Communication was quick and I got really tons of appreciations and compliment for this purchase in wedding. Thanks team I have recommended you to many of my relatives. So hope you are getting more orders. I have a dance performance next month so I will be placing an order soon

Two stars because my lehenga arrived on time and fabrics are ok but not wearable. They will ask you to fill measurement form and include design for blouse. But my Choli and Lehengai was not stitched neither like the design nor the measurements I sent. Blouse was stitched totally differently and no fit at all. Lehenga was short and Duppata was defectively small. So I contacted them out of disappointment. They said it was pre stitched and all which I believe I should have been told earlier when I was discussing with their customer service. They argue back and forth and in last offer solution to fix it if I pay heavy shipping charges to send it back to India for alterations. They wont offer refund or exchange. Henceforth I wasnt able to wear it for my event. I would rather buy locally next time.

ordered a saree which came out to be prettier even than the picture , received the package earlier than predicted ,the blouse stitching was perfect long the way had several questions which were answered right away online live chat in brief very satisfied great customer service and product. A horrid source..ordered a Moncler jacket from them...man's jacket size XL...they shipped me a girls jacket XL model name LUCIE...a woman's jacket...not at all what I ordered and when I attempted to return, their address in China was a phoney...and the telephone number on their mailing label was not a useable number. Instead of a box, the girl's jacket i received was wadded up in a black plastic garbage type bag and mailed with no tissue or product protection inside the bag...and I filed a claim against them with Mastercard via Bankamericard...
NOTE; APPARENTLY THERE ARE TWO COMPANIES WITH THE SAME NAME...HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE SAID IPL.INDIABAZAARONLINE...just that. Bank of America is working to straighten out the confusion between the two companies...one being in India, which is legit...and one being in Shanghai who say there home office is in Brooklyn New York...BEWARE. Since I love all things India, make sure you shop with them and not the Shanghai outfit. When this is all straightened out by Bank of America, this posting will DISAPPEAR.
