Extremely Disappointing Experience Since 2017

My experience with IndiaFilings has been nothing short of frustrating. I have been waiting for them to deliver on services promised back in 2017, and despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and calls, I still haven’t received what I paid for.

The communication has been inconsistent, deadlines have been ignored, and every time I reached out, I was given vague assurances with no real progress. For a company that claims to simplify compliance and business services, they have only caused delays and stress.

After years of waiting, I can confidently say this has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely cannot recommend IndiaFilings based on what I’ve gone through.

Smooth onboarding and knowledgeable about trademark filing process. Ms. Sangeetha guided me efficiently at every step.

Indiafilings is a Biggest Cheater Company in India, They will give you direct Bill of your service and Collect Payment than they will not provide you service and will encourage you to take more services to fulfill the booked service, Indiafilings is the Biggest White Color Cheaters in India, they will dilute your hard earned money and will not provide you service So don't Book any Services with Indiafilings.

The Service provided by Indiafilings is very Professional, Timely and Up to the mark. The Staff is very co-operative , diligent and focused in approach to the service being provided.

The worst service provider company. These so called scammers acting like they are working in a company with no professional behaviour , no nothing just fake promises and make you stuck in the process while looting money from you. Better hire a local person from your area who you can hold reaponsible and who will do your work with much more transparency. Dont deal with these people. It was a good company once when it started now it is just scammers

I started with this company with a lot of hope, but they cheated me. The staff’s behavior was very irresponsible, and I lost thousands of rupees. Only after being cheated did I realize that many scams had already been reported about this company. When you read online reviews, the negative ones come first. They also seem to have posted many fake reviews on Google

I was looking for a Copywrite service, the company representative Lokesh took me in confidence and made me make 8.5k payment and then went unresponsive for a week, when i reach customer support a received a call from Venkatesh who assigned me a few people, after that i came in touch with Anandi B and she has not idea about the work and asked me to draft everting and share with them for the service i was looking from her and not even provided Templates for reference, then after a week Nanduja came in picture this and i asked fee for refund and she told me refund team will contact me after eating for 2 weeks I contact back again and Nilofer was assigned to assist me again after few days of taking she is unresponsive over email and phone. She mentioned me that she will be creating a refund ticket for me but no ticket is there when i check today. And overall IndiaFilings have scammed me for 8500 and wasted my 2 months

Indiafiling is only focused on selling. It feels like they hire uneducated staff for services. They gave me false hope by saying that my desired company name “____ PVT LTD” was available. I trusted them and paid for company registration services. But once they received the payment, they just told me to go to their dashboard and download the app.

When I logged in, nothing was there. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp (where I had already started a conversation), but there was no response. Then I found out their app is broken on iPhone, so chat and support don’t even work. I reported this issue to them, but again, no response.

Later, I received an email about company registration documents. I replied within a minute, but again—no response. They wasted my time, spoke for 5 minutes, then left the chat unattended. Is this what you call customer support? Is this how you value your customers?

The next day, I received a message asking for my UK number, which I provided. They assigned me another RM (relationship manager). He asked me for the company name I wanted, and when I told him, he said it wasn’t possible because of one restricted word “group.” He then suggested another name, but when I checked, that name was already registered.

I asked him if he was sure the name was available, and he said yes. I asked again, he still said yes. The third time, after I insisted, he finally admitted it was not available after “checking with an expert.” This shows how careless and unprofessional their staff is.

I chose Indiafiling because I saw good reviews online, but now I feel those reviews are fake. In reality, here’s what I faced: I paid for a company name they said was available, and later they told me it was not possible. Their excuse: they can file that name, but if it gets rejected, I’ll have to choose another. I understand the process, but why would the salesperson confirm the exact name as “available” in the first place?

To make things worse, they left conversations unattended while I was still waiting for answers. When I asked for a refund, they told me to raise a ticket in their app. How can I do that when their app itself is broken? I even shared screenshots of the broken app with them—no response. I have all the screenshots and proof of everything I’ve mentioned here.

Initially it was not clear and used twisted words.

Then unexpected charges wants me to pay and get credit voucher in return.

Then refund issue wants 30 workings days to get the money back which means you have to wait for at least 6 to 7 weeks
