Fraud firm.

I just got my daith piercing done by Vicky in Malmö. I've been building up courage to get it done because of migraines and most of the recent reviews I've read are all about Simon, so in my head it felt like all was going to be fine if I got the mysterious Simon. I got Vicky and she was terrific! Very friendly and professional, helped me feel relaxed even though I was absolutely terrified. The whole piercing bit took about 10 seconds, I barely felt anything (I know everyone experiences pain differently, but I honestly did not feel any pain at all. The closest thing I can think of is as if someone was pulling a very thin rubber tube through your ear). Thank you a million times to Vicky!

Costumer service never answered to my probleme… service… never ever again should’ve listened when I was told that I should not go there…

It went quick to get the piercing done. I give it 3 stars due to some of the workers attitude, first time I went there it was mainly to ask questions as I was looking into getting piercings but I was met by an attitude and unwelcoming behavior. Felt like I was being judged by the way I was being looked at by the worker and also by how uninterested she seemed. It felt like I was being pushed away so I left. I gave it the benefit of doubt as not everyone lacks basic working skills and how to treat customers, so I went back after booking a time. This time I was met by a nice lady by the register but the woman who helped me with my piercing was very uninterested, no smile , no small talk and yes I am aware that it’s a business and therefore they are not required to have small talks but as a business you meet different people and these people trust you with their bodies so the least you can do is make them feel comfortable and at ease. Sometimes small conversations put people’s mind in a different direction as to not focus on what is going on atm. Not only did I feel uncomfortable by this lady and her lack of professionalism but when i was done and was trying to ask a few questions as it’s was my first piercing, I was getting very short answers and lack of informations and as I was trying to talk to her, she kept trying to walk away. I left there feeling very nervous and uneasy tbh. This is not the first time this behavior has occurred and it’s really sad because they do amazing job getting things done quickly and smoothly but maybe work more on the basics of making your customers feel welcomed.
And of course I know they are not there to make friends with the customers but no need for all that. I left thinking I wouldn’t be going back there again as it’s the second time I have been met in that manner.

Please Note: I am not trying to attack nor speak ill of anyone or the business. Just stating my personal opinions and my experience when I have been there 2 times.

Clean website, large selection and hussle free checkout. Products arrived in 2 businessdays in a nice packaging. Only complaint really is that they put a pin through all the air tight pre-sterilized bags to attach a card to them. One of the jewelry also had some piece of scrap stuck to it so I cleaned them up before putting any of them in.

I have had my belly button piercing for 20 years and I never had an inflammation. Now that i am pregnant i decided to change the piercing for a recommended one for pregnant women and now i have a navel inflammation! money thrown away ...

Thanks for your advices which was precisely what I did prior putting the piecing on. Like I said I have it for many years in other body parts too and that’s the first time this happened.
It could be my pregnancy belly only if it was growing as you suggested, but I’m on my second month and so that isn’t the case at all so far.
By higiene and bacteria from my own hands it’s nonsense since I sterilized both my hands and piercing. The fact that your product is produced in a Nordic country doesn’t change what could eventually happen at someones skin.
I also feel that your reply isn’t fair by pointing everything that could’ve gone wrong only from my side, pointing my higiene and so on.
If I will go for advices on how to treat that inflammation, I will go see a doctor, but thanks.
My intention isn’t to shut your doors but to tell my own experience with the product.

Love their shipping policy and the materials used. Will be buying all my earnings from here. I hope they add more styles eventually.
