Have used this company several times and always found them excellent.

We also believe that abundant and successful businesses can and should be an ingredient in social justice.

Fact :

The company advertises a “ seasonal mass sale on a weekend”before immediate closure.

Yet to receive my products that I was lured into purchasing in their seasonal sale.

Stephen Bernard and Michael Hanby had been in trouble for months and yet sadly they refused to hand the people who stood by them for years “customers” in not releasing their suppliers so that the customer could continue to receive his/her health benefits from using another company that stocked them. As they had branded them “ Indigo”.

Makes you wonder what their ethos and business mission statement actually stood for .

What it really was about I dare say is what they ran out of!.

Give me my money back please for the order that was advertised as “seasonal sale” when in reality it was something quite different.

I bought two products online, but only received one as the other one was out of stock. Disappointed, I contacted the customer service, complaining of not being informed before sending only one product, as I would have cancelled the order if I knew that one of the products was not in stock. In response, customer service fully refunded my order.

I have been using Indigo Herbs products for sometime now and the results are great. The products are also very consistent in their quality.

My kinesiologist recommended Indigo herbs because of the excellent quality and purity of the spirulina. The price is very good, it arrived quickly and very well packaged.

Marshmallow herb tea - Absolutely the best because of the smell, freshness and taste.
Excellent tea my husband and I absolutely love this Marshmallow herb tea it's so fresh and stays fresh and it is so delicious all we add is a teaspoon of honey.
Brilliant first thing in the morning to coat your gut it really works and we highly recommend.

Excellent products and excellent service. However, had to knock a star off because so many products were out of stock this time.I am hoping the current sale is a clearance before restocking!

Long-standing customer. Previously in the industry. The NEW ZEALAND Organic Green Barley Grass is the 'best by far' as grown on Volcanic soils which only the best can be....so haven't seen any volcanos in Europe...so I avoid EU ones.
Sadly they didn't have the 500g Bags of the NZ GBG...so ended up buying some 100g bags as NOT willing to run out.
Excellent comms with them trying to wait until they had new stocks...even though I ended up hving to order before the new lot arrived.
Indigo Herbs are excellent IMHO.
Fingers X'd they can get the NZ product in soon...
