Wow! David and Dan, the delivery guys were fantastic!

They let us know when they were coming, were so considerate and built the bed swiftly.

Not only does the bed look fantastic…the delivery service gets 11 out of 10.

A special nod to the delivery guys, Sean and Dan F - they delivered and installed our bed at lightening speed and did a fantastic job. The bed looks amazing, is fantastic quality
and I would certainly use Indigo again.

Firstly - the delivery chaps are excellent...Sean and Phil. They had to come back for a repair and were outstanding.

Secondly, sales department also excellent.
Sadly my experience outside of customer service was dire. The drawers on my lovely furniture warped twice and were unusable. Most unfriendly people dealing and never getting back in touch . 9 months into ownership and I can only hope they don't warp again - apparently it is to be expected!

Scott and Sean delivered our lovely indigo bedroom furniture on Fri 12/10/18. The lads were both really polite and delivered a first class service in putting our furniture together in record time, so tidy and efficient too.

The plank bed and matching dressing table and chest of draws are fantastic quality and were exactly what we were looking for. We ordered because we have had a wine rack from indigo before and loved it. The showroom was absolutely outstanding.

We are thrilled with the results, a brilliant shopping experience!

I recently purchased bedroom furniture from Indigo. Quality and workmanship is first class. I couldn’t be more pleased with my furniture it is absolutely beautiful. The service I received, from my initial purchase to the two guys who made the delivery, was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending Indigo to my family and friends.

Also, Thanks to the Dan and Kev for being so helpful on delivery. We’ve ordered from a lot of company’s over the years and the service has been poor where as Dan and Kev couldn’t have helped more.

We've had nothing but great service and great products from Indigo. We have it around our whole house now. Recently had a delivery cancelled on the day due to a van breakdown. When it was rearranged and delivered the guys were very apologetic. They also helped my 4yr old son feel involved in the delivery (even tho he clearly couldnt do anything!)
Would not hesitate to recommend this furniture.

This was not the first time we have ordered furniture from Indigo and definitely wont be the last.
The website is easy to order from and the dimensioning and details of the furniture allow easy checking that everything will fit.
On our first order we were sent samples of the timber to select the finish we preferred.
The furniture is absolutely solidly built and is either brought in ready built or part assembled to fit in the room.
The delivery teams have also been excellent, keeping us up to date with times for delivery and then taking great care when moving the furniture in to place.

Thanks Indigo for great products and service. We ordered a new bed, mattress and sofa. They look fantastic and are really comfortable.

We had a slight hiccup in that the sofa didn’t fit through a doorway first time round. No drama, Indigo came up with a custom version that did.

Brilliant customer service throughout from Christine and the rest of the team. The delivery drivers are great, on time and care about the product they are delivering.

I have bought a couple of items from Indigo. They are very well made, beautiful looking items of furniture that will last a lifetime. My 10 year old sofa is only just wearing in and looks lovely. They are also very comfortable and the customer service and delivery are outstanding.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Received our plank bed today and we are utterly in love with it. Sales great, showroom amazing, delivery great and after sales.
Even the care package came in a wooden box with a brush and tins of wax to keep our bed looking amazing. It’s the best piece of furniture in the house. The smell of waxed wood is beautiful. Can’t wait to add more pieces to our home.

Wow, our Indigo leather corner square arm sofa is a quality piece of furniture, and so comfy I keep falling asleep on it by accident whist watching the TV! my husband, who just went along with my decision to buy this sofa is blown away, and cant stop raving about it, plus the heavenly aroma of leather when you enter the room, the dogs love it too, fortunately it is so huge theres enough space for three irish setters and two humans, plus they do look lovely against the leather, the room is now having a total make over to showpiece this amazing piece of furniture, saving up for some more pieces!

Thank you for the prompt delivery of my new Indigo furniture. David and Dan were very courteous on arrival and removed their outdoor shoes before coming into the house, how refreshing it is to see people respect others homes.
I love my new cubes and they will fit perfectly into my office and I really appreciate the care kit provided which your drivers left with me (they explained how to use it). So it’s a thumbs up 👍 from me and no doubt I will be making additional purchases in the future.

We ordered various "Plank" Items, a Midi Bookcase, Side Table, Telephone Table and Midi TV Cabinet. All items were finished to a high standard and were exactly as described. The service from Indigo was also top notch from initial order through to delivery. Highly recommended +++++

Very stylish and well made furniture We started with a large leather corner sofa. Next was a 2 seater then a superkingsize bed. Delivered efficiently and with great customer service. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone.

We have previously bought furniture from Indigo and were confident of the quality, however, the experience of actually going in to the Harrogate store where Mariona was able to provide us with all the information we needed was invaluable. We are very happy with our purchases and grateful for the excellent service.

We have taken delivery of our King Sized Plank Bed which was "First Prize" in a recent local raffle. How delighted was I to be the winner! This prompted us to invest in a new mattress so we ordered the exclusive Memory Pocket 2000 king size mattress from Indigo, and two large plank drawers to fit underneath the bed. Wow, how gorgeous the whole package is, so delighted with the workmanship and quality of everything. The delivery experience was first class, thank you Sean and Dan L, so very helpful and obliging, overall a mega first class experience. Thank you Indigo for donating the bed as the raffle prize in the first instance and for guiding us in the purchase of the other products to enhance our bedroom.
