Really disappointed with the ‘4 Russian ring’ necklace I received.. you can barely see the engraved names so I’ll be getting it re-engraved at my local jewellers. When I emailed to let Ineffabless know, the reply from ‘Tina’ was ‘take a photo and we will review it’ .. I said don’t bother, appalling customer service and appalling product, I’d rather spend more money elsewhere than deal with these people again and waste any more time or energy! Also this company is in CHINA NOT UK so delivery takes ages and if you have to return, it’s to CHINA!!

Will fix the problem ONLY if I delete my review first!
This is my second review on this company. After receiving my bracelet (that is so small it looks like a babies bracelet) that has writing so small you can’t read it the customer service contacted me and said they will fix the problem but ONLY if I delete my review first. I stated that if they would fix the problem I would be happy to write a review that stated they fixed the problem. After numerous e-mails back and forth the only thing they will say is they are making their product better than it is now and they will be happy to help me after I delete my review saying you can’t read the personalization on a personalized bracelet. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with customer service like this before! I would never order from a company that says their product is fine, even though you can’t read it, and won’t help you at all!

Very very rude customer service. I ordered a necklace as a christmas present for my mum and paid for the gift box/bag also. When it arrived (finally) I noticed the gift bag had been bent and therefore there was a very noticeable mark along with some sort of glue like stain? The personalized hoops and the necklace chain were separate and I had to assemble it myself. The clasp was also broken upon arrival. The customer service lady 'Tina' stated that 'Customized products have quality problems.' so they state themselves that their products have quality problems! Steer clear!

I'm really happy with necklace from ineffabless. I made the order prior to reading Trustpilot reviews, and I will admit some of these reviews had me feeling very worried.
Needlessly so, as when I received my order it was exactly as I'd hoped. I have a three name russian rings necklace, in the smallest size, and it's perfect for me. I can't see the hoop joins, the writing size is inkeeping with the size of the hoops and my skin hasn't turned green.
I've placed another order for a gift, as I really did find the variety and pricing to be very competitive.

Absolutely disappointed with the service. The product didn’t turn out the way it should have been and when I complained I was not given an apology and was told that I can return the product if I was unsatisfied with it but I would have to return it at my own cost and only would get a 50% refund. Totally disappointed ☹️
