Amazing product and service. Very stylish and INFINI customer service were exceptional. The product arrived slightly damaged due to postage and from one single email, I had a replacement the very next morning! Impressive!

Last weekend I ordered 2 Domes and 1 Classic Cube which cost a substantial amount. The website wasn't great, as it was being redesigned and I ended up ordering 2 pink Domes not the 1 pink and 1 white Domes I wanted. The online assistant was very helpful, regarding the colours available that weren't listed but could be requested. However it was concerning that I had no reply to the emails I sent after ordering, as I was instructed to do, requesting the colour of Classic Cube, that I wanted and which wasn't listed.
Then apparently the warehouse service let them down. First they sent the wrong classic cube -which they apologised for and have said they would replace. OK top marks at this point.
But the Domes at £360 each were delivered in a box by royal mail, with inadequate support packaging (bubble wrap) and the Domes had fallen onto their side, and the roses crushed! I could have cried when I saw them! Now I can't get a response acknowledging my emails with pictures showing the damage and the online chat is no longer working!
A beautiful product, with good pre sales service let down by inadequate packing and poor after sales service and communication. Hence two stars. If this is a premium product then I would expect premium service especially at the prices charged.
I would not recommend using online service - better to buy in person and take home yourself.
Update: After posting the above review, I received an email asking me to post the damaged items and pay for the postage. Infini said that as their system was not working and they couldn't generate a return voucher, they would refund the postage when they received the items, I returned the damaged items at a cost of £50 postage, in good faith that they would honour their commitment. They did not acknowledge receipt of the items, respond to my emails or chat. The phone number went to voicemail and was only once answered by a woman who denied it was for Infini. I had to request a chargeback from my bank for a refund. I have therefore deducted a another star for making me incur postage charges of £50 and not replying to my emails, chat or phone calls. To be honest I would give zero stars if i could.
Therefore I would advise that you avoid.
