Purchased a ARC mini on eBay
Purchased a ARC mini on eBay. Item arrived when opened it was found to be faulty. I have over the years bought several of the same model and the voltage regulator was not working on this one. After returning the item in it's original packaging I was only given a 50% refund, which is contrary to UK law which states that the item should be exchanged, repaired or a full refund given.
