The Sales team were excellent. The only reason I have for not giving 5 stars is that I had to return to the garage from Telford to Birmingham to get my sd card, parcel shelf and spare key.

Purchase of used car
The Sales executive, Tim Jeffries, was very polite and professional. A fair price was give for my trade in and the car I purchased (a 3 year old Octavia vrs ) came in excellent condition and with a 12 month comprehensive warranty.

Sherry was my sales person who was very professional and gave the feeling that I wasn't being stitched up in purchasing the car and no pressure tatics applied like normal showrooms. Sherry went all out to make me feel like a valued customer so on that count definitely recommend Sheery and Infiniti Reading.
Arrived to collect car on agreed day and I was a little early only to be told that the roof paint had some damage and needed to be painted so was unable to have the car , Sherry supplied me a new and similar vehicle to run around in until mine was ready from the painters, and this is where I feel a little let down as a lack of communication and lost the Infinity experience of purchasing a new vehicle.
Other than that definitely recommend them and the brand.
