I'm curious as to why this issue happened though. Do you have any clue as to how or why the files were deleted?
Please note that there have been some issues with our file manager today, with many people reporting that they were unable to see their files. But in those cases, the files were actually there, it was just a display issue. So you may want to confirm with an FTP client like FileZilla whether your files are actually gone or whether it's just the file manager not showing them.

InfinityFree is pretty good
InfinityFree is the best site I've found for free domains. Starting recently, they are providing free SSL certificates to all their free sites. The only thing I found odd was you can't add many types of domain records. The website builder is OK but not as easy to use as google sites builder... In my opinion.

Infinityfree at first was good for me. Until i made an website for fun what allowed hosting text and images and having the option to embed iframes. i got banned for it but i do not see an valid reason for it. Support just borderline ingnored me and i even submitted an ticket 2nd time. DO NOT HOST STUFF HERE. I LOST ALL OF MY DATA

How could you close my account and webpage down. I put hours of work on it i have not made a back up on the texts. As i thought it was safe. How can u close it without telling me ? This is terrible.. i was just taking a rest from this work with the webpage because im moving from one country to another. Obviously that take a lot of energy n time from me. As I remember , I even subscribed for more advanced features..

I spent a lot of time setting up my services, setting up cloudflare and domain and ssl certificate. Started to design my site and i get blocked for 24 hours as i used "to much server resources" wtf is "Unlimited Bandwith" guess that does not mean resources like deigning your site.
maybe they should tell you this on their landing page that says freeeeeeee all over it, Im not trying to get free 100% just trying to set the site up and approved before i started paying for better resources.
D NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR SURE
