Worst company to be a customer of in the modern world.

Stop playing the social justice game. stop censoring people when you cannot even stop people from cheating/hacking the game.

These guys are worse than trash. Females are not safe on this game. I hear every word being let out but as soon as I say fu** or sh** I'm banned for three days. People say the N word, and fa***** all the time but me? Nah because I'm a woman I get chat banned. This is so stupid I'm so tired of their "keep the community safe" BS. either let adults play on the game and do away with this chat band BS or become fortnite. You choose. But I can tell you right fkn now that we are SICK AND TIRED OF THIS CRAP!!! You guys SUCK so much!!

So I've just purchased Call of duty Black ops 6 on disc thinking I now own the game. How wrong I am after 12hrs of downloading the didgital information I can finally play. However two days in and I try to play the game but it's updating and I have no access to the game I purchased on disc how is this possible, I understand the online features updating but why dose it cancel out access to the game I have purchased on disc.

Your game has absolutely no reason for banning me for voice chat when your game has more violence then I can even say the fact you guys have ruined call of duty and allow children to play

So for the past 6 months or so I've been having a major problem with the game itself. Modern warfare on PS4 every time or at least every other time I play a match. It does not want to give me my ranking after the match and I don't level up. I should be at level 180 or 200 by now and I'm only level 135. I don't know what the problem is or why it's doing it. Even when I restart my PlayStation and the game itself, I still have the same situation. So it must be something on line and I'm sure you may or may not have ran into this problem more than a handful of times. I just don't think it's right to put in all that work and effort and not be where I should be . My online gamer name is bearded Baldwin. I would very much appreciate it if you could look into it or else I will complain more about this problem and I don't want to because it shouldn't be like this in the first place. Shocking how they trash everything they touch, and when claiming to fix it, they break it worse than before

I’d like to know actually what infinity ward actually does cause it’s not developed video games they destroy video games but they don’t develop them you can’t even go into your friends list without having to restart the game every time you do it in this new call of duty 2.0 which would be -3.75 because the game is trash, Shanghai studio demo, where whoever whatever garbage trash, money grab Al Kapone did less than this company does to us.. by the way, I’m disabled an incomplete quadriplegic in video games were the only enjoyment I had until I started playing this game now I’m on blood pressure medication because it’s so bad. Oh and by the way, cross platform should be in Xbox and PlayStation and PC players should have to play with PC players keep the little slime balls out of our servers.

The games produced are more and more money oriented and not made for the community anymore. I recently tried to atart play Warzone again and its pretty horrible. Wouldnt recommed buying games of this Publisher

So are we just gonna let hackers ruin this game to ? Yall really let your games go adleast try to get rid of hackers I keep running into the same ones after 50 reports they shouldn't be able to play at all.

Is this supposed to simulate a real situation? This is nothing like real life, teams from various nations would collaborate against a terrorist state. DMZ has turned into team vs team with terrorists watching on. There is no encouragement or guidance towards the reality of collaboration against a common enemy. It is a design fault that it has ended up moving away from reality. Lazy players let others do the collecting, whilst they camp LZs or mission locations, and wait for their potential team mates to arrive and then they kill them to steal from them. What message is Infinity Ward trying to send out to our impressionable youth; be lazy, camp out, the primary objective is to kill your friends, they might have something good in their pockets? The game is rubbish as a result. I'm off to Hogwarts Legacy.

I think it's descusting that infinity ward are allowing cheats and hackers on mw2 and they are doing nothing about it and they are taking £100s of people for a broken game that is fraud and there is to meny air strikes on the enemy side that needs to stop and why are the enemy's guns stronger then ours and they are appearing from no where and you can't here them that needs to stop fix the game get rid of the cheats and hackers and pc players as they are the ones that are cheating and I will not be spending a nother penny on the game untill you sort it out or give us all a refund and give it to us for free the game is broken so last warning sort it out or I will be going to trade in standards as fraud is taking place if its not sorted out

Firstly this company actively promotes cheaters and toxic streamers.
I had to sign a promise not to abuse fellow gamers, meanwhile they promote toxic Nadia hurling abuse at other gamers on a regular basis and asmitting to using VPNs.

Its not even a half finished game, there is literally no content whatsoever. It's embarrassingly unfinished, text over text, glitches, bugs, server disconnects, game crashes and freezes
Basic maps, guns locked behind a terrible grind system that forces you to play with pc gamers running blatant walls at best, if you ever want to level up before the end of the year.
Cheats rule on console only option, with blatant cronus, xim usage and no bans or warning to remove the cheat device which other games have.

Match making is dire at best with round after round a complete a ss screwing over and over and over. No matter how hard I play I can only come top of my team I cannot make my team play better, and so, I lose over and over and over and....you get the picture.
If I could get my money back I would.

You should be ashamed of the game that you just sold , Mw2 is the worst cod ever .... this is defo the last time i buy games from ...you guys are boring!!!!!!! game is boring....bad maps , ttk too low , is unaceptable ...do you play the games you make ??? i am sure u do not !!! hopefully this game do not sell good... from my part was the last time !!! bye bye u bunch of incompetents!!

Wow, what a disappointment!!

Too much to list but here’s some of it
• No Hardcore Mode (Tier 1 List) until 3 weeks after launch
• No ability to play campaign mode for the first week (for me) or best case playing it without progress saved
• Lobbies super laggy and sometimes takes ages to find a game (my download speed is 500mb/sec on average so that’s definitely not the problem)
• No stats tracker whatsoever so can’t track KD, wins or anything else (what’s the point then??)

Would get a refund if I could and doubt I’ll buy cod again in the future. They’ve either released something that isn’t finished or removed some of the core of the game

Why was the game released if it's not finished? Bugs, banning for no reason, and the part that gets me the most no HARDCORE (tier1). It's like playing the beta all over again. I regret buying this garbage for two different platforms before the launch. These are terrible business practices! Take people's money and deliver the final product at your own convenience. Shame on you!

Why is no one talking about the wrongful banning of accounts? I just lost my 11-year-old account for data manipulation...SMH. I played the MW2 campaign for 3 hours after preloading the game. The next morning I'm greeted with a permanent account ban. It's impossible to get any customer service help which is ridiculous for a company of this size not to have a contact line for issues like this that involve account with large amounts of money involved. 11 years gone with a noreply email. BS

Completely destroys the game with its noob friendliness, if such CODs had existed earlier, this studio would have gone under long ago. The chief developer of the multiplayer probably never really learned how to play COD and has now designed the game for his way of playing.
