I have been working with Infojini for the past seven years, and I have been consistently impressed by the supportive environment they foster. They provide prompt responses to all inquiries and demonstrate excellent coordination across teams.

The team has been very responsive and welcoming, making sure to give me lots of information to get me started.

Unfortunately, sometimes they are hard to understand and give inaccurate information. For instance, I have to ask several times in voice conversations for them to repeat themselves as most have very thick accents. Also, when I was given the position title I was supposed to have for the position I got, it changed 3 times over 3 different emails.

That said, they have strove to fix their mistakes and remain professional, so overall I’m still having a good experience.
