Extortion business model

They scrape public company data, add a fabricated "rating," then charge €67+VAT to remove it. No actual reviews exist for my company, yet they display stars. This shows up on Google search results. Other users report that when challenged, they cite the Commercial Register Act, which is irrelevant since registry data isn't the issue. The fabricated scores are.

Publish personal data without consent

They publish personal data without consent.
And are very aggressive when we try to contact them about it.
Thei FAQ mention that they can bill you 150€/hour if you asked them to delete data !

Rating only once problems/solutions…

Rating only once problems/solutions found meaning a company can be green but in very serious troubles, or red when a company already found the solutions.

Not transparent at all and publish sensitive information without the agreement of the owners

You call that a marketing tool ?

These people create pages about other companies on their website (to boost their SEO maybe ?), with personnal informations and a weird automatic rating that doesn't appear to be based on anything.

Don't lose your time asking them gently to delete you're company's page if you have the same problem, I had to threaten them to call a lawyer before they do it. Also, keep in mind that it's illegal for them to keep the page about your company on their site if you ask them to delete it.

A surprisingly misleading and unprofessional company that blackmails you into becoming a client by giving a random rating to your company and trying to convince you to upload your data and designs in order to raise that rating. Hard to believe that such a business model is legal...
