1. sending basic and senior consultants to take over infrastructure in a high level production company, so sad to see how they get more and more frustrated and confused on their lack of knowledge and business understanding....
2. they have no clue of how it is in the real world, only knows what they are told by managers, knowledge level is poor even for senior consultants.
3. their english is impossible to understand, how on earth can such company send people out, who people cannot understand.
4. their managers cannot take a decision by them selfs, way of commands are too heavy and slow.
I recommand european companies to keep away from InfoSys, they may be cheap, but the time used to tell the same over and over again looses money....and time.
