Shilajit enabled me to cut my diabetes meds in half! Also great for testosterone.

I have been buying supplements from infowars.com for several years. I am Canadian so I do not get the same cheap prices after the exchange or the free shipping. I buy from here because I have found all the supplements to be of the highest quality. The X2 and X3 iodine tinctures are my all time faves. I have trouble finding such products in the health food stores up here.

I THINK MY MAIN BEEF WITH THE PRODUCTS IS THAT THEY ARE IN A WAREHOUSE IN HOT, HOT TEXAS. THE WAREHOUSE MIGHT BE TEMP CONTROLLED BUT THEY SHIP >>> INTO THE UPS OR U.S. POSTAL SYSTEM SEMI / AIRPORT OUTDOOR LOADING, CONCORD AND THEN PRODUCT LINGERS IN A POSTAL WAREHOUSE, & AIRPORT .... THEN, IT ARRIVES AT A DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND SIT IN HOT UPS - FED EX - U.S. POSTAL DELIVERY SEMI OR TRUCK AT HIGH TEMPS FOR HOURS. SOME PRODUCTS SHOULD NOT BE ORDERED IN THE HOT SUMMER.

I ORDERED WORK WELL; BUT MY HOT JULY SUMMER/ ORDERS STUFF SEEMS DEAD ON ARRIVAL [ DOA ] & THE DEC. + JAN STUFF SEEMS LIKE IT WAS FROZEN, AND MOST LIVING AGENTS KILLED OFF. ALOT OF BOTTLES SAY: STORE AT ROOM TEMP 50-79 *F DEGREES. I'M NOT SURE OF QUALITY CONTROL ESPECIALLY, DEEP IN THE HEART OF A HOT ASS ~ SAUNA LIKE WAREHOUSE, OR HOT SEMI TRAILER IN TEXAS.

Have bought …apparel/supplements, well researched videos/books many times as presents and for myself. I was introduced to the infowarstore through a friend who gave me a surprise gift one day having no knowledge of who they were and haven’t looked back since. All I can say, my opinion/experience, and as a genuine (I hope) respected trust pilot reviewer, I award them proudly 5 stars.

This is the second product ordered in a row that I experienced a delay in getting the product.

Ordered survival shield x2 3 weeks ago after Alex pushed it. Still hasn’t shipped.

I had to reach out to customer service and got feedback that the product was being tested for purity!

His operation has totally broken down.

Supplements have dubious claims, short shelf life, and when I experienced a problem, there is zero customer service. No one will call you back. The morons who answered the phone promised to deliver a message to the back office. So F you Alex. I won’t buy anything else and you get a chargeback from AMEX. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING HERE.

I’ve ordered from InfowarsStore regularly (if not obsessively) over the last 12 months. Never have I been disappointed & always received my order timely.

Some have said they had a problem with customer service, they must have made some changes because customer service was very helpful when I needed them. I had a problem when I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and got in touch with customer service immediately through email. They were helpful and available before my order shipped to address the problem.

Infowars products are always high quality and I even have my boyfriend taking them. I usually have to wrestle with him to even get him to take a vitamin c. He has been taking Nitric Boost to calm his blood pressure. He hasn’t had one problem since daily use began.

I have an autoimmune disease that was triggered from Long Covid. I had been very ill, (I was physically dying and docs wanted to give me psych meds) So I began a year of detoxification through CLO2 and gum spirits pine oil cleanses. I still wasn’t feeling 100%. I began adding X2 to my daily regimen along with bi-monthly cleansing, clean eating and body alkalinity. Huge improvement! I added supplements one by one after that and now I’m hooked.

I have tried almost every supplement. Vitamin Mineral Fusion and X2 are staples, but in a perfect world I would like to continue taking (as I have for the last few months) Turmeric 95, the Real Red Pill, and Mushroom Max, also daily forever. I feel great and have plenty of energy and mental clarity.

I got the Turmeric Toothpaste. It does NOT turn your teeth yellow! I wondered about that, but figured I would try it out. It does a good job of whitening polishing and calming down my gums. I’ve noticed an improvement in the color of the gum tissue after just a week using it.

I could go on but I already have long enough. You get the point I assume? Lol! Thanks Infowars Store!

Outstanding product. I take the turmeric, vaso beets, B12, collagen, vitamin mineral fusion, fizzy magnesium, D3, and all are everything as advertised. I’ve had to work through only one order issue and that was at the time their main person handling orders tragically passed away. This is a great company providing the public what I believe to be superior product. I only report on what I’ve used and will soon report on other purchases recently made: brain force, bone broth, mushroom max, multivitamin, pain MD, and others.

I am a first time buyer with Info Wars Store and placed an online order on 12/6/2022. I paid for the order and nothing has shipped for 7 weeks now. I have made 6 attempts via phone and email to get status updates with absolutely NO replies. The order status online only states “Processing”. I will never do business with this company again. There is absolutely NO customer service! I really wanted to support Info Wars but this experience turned into a rip off and was very frustrating.

I ordered a 5-pack of Vitamin Mineral Fusion and they sent me 5 bottles of Vitamin C with Zinc. Called customer service 4 different times in 4 days and no one has returned my calls. Emailed them 5 times on 5 different days and no reply. Now I have to spend even more money to ship their Vitamin C back and when my credit card bill arrives, I have to go through the arduous process of disputing the charges. What a headache!! I will never order from Info Wars Store again. EVER!!!!

Absolutely the worst online check out system and so-called customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

I successfully managed to pay for two signed Alex Jones books, and the money was deducted from my account, but there was no pop-up informing me my order went through, no e-mail confirmation -- nothing. I'm down USD184.33 and I can't even get a hold of anyone at customer service to explain my problem and find a solution.

The "customer service" is non-existent. There's a "Contact Us" section where you can send a message through the Infowarsstore.com website but it seems like this is just a phoney widget that doesn't actually work and your messages just go somewhere where no one is going to read them. Good luck trying to even send them e-mails because you're not going to receive a reply. It feels like no one actually cares about the customer at Infowarsstore.com and it's a real contender for the most frustrating, poorly-run company and website out there.

Love Alex!! And have been listening for years when he was with art bell but when it comes to orders and receiving them I would not even give this a rating. It’s horrible left numerous messages, via email and VM. When you pay so much for shipping and nothing is sme to it on status of orders or any tracking info.

Love the products and it’s very upsetting to hear the gal is rude. If your in customer service you shouldn’t be rude. But I haven’t spoke to anyone yet so I’ll wait to experience that on my own. I’ve even had orders in the past and that I’ve received and it still says processing. I’ve taught CS at high levels at nbc and hold myself high for always providing great CS. (No longer work at the evil company) lol.
Anyway, hope they can get a better system beciase I won’t order anything else after this order. It’s so frustrating.

Thank you Alex for all you and your staff do all you need to do is get this department together because you’ve lost my business. Until things change. I’m not rich at all but I want to support Alex and Infowars but not at the rate shipping is going.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact somebody in customer service/business office & nobody is ever there. I need to return a defective product & I can not talk to anybody. Infowars store has LOST my business. There is no excuse for having NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for good customers.

His products are exceptional. The website is clean with noteworthy info on each product. I have only had good experience with customer support. Product is delivered quickly.
