Excellent product and service

I couldn't recommend the service that Ingle & Rhode provide enough. Buying an engagement ring can be quite a daunting experience, but from the get go I knew Ingle & Rhode was the right jeweller for this important purchase.

At every point in the buying process I was made to feel comfortable with the options, the communication was excellent and transparent given the recently ever changing lockdown restrictions and always felt like they had my best interest at heart.

The end product is a reflection of the gold star service that is provided and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Ingle & Rhode!

A great experience from start to finish. The website is very helpful in getting initial ideas of designs available and the costs before meeting with the team. I met with several different members from the team, including both Tim and David, and everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating of my questions, design changes and late night appointment requests. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t feel comfortable with, and was given all the time I needed to make my choices. The ring completely exceeded my expectations once it was made, and my fiancé was blown away with it. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bespoke engagement ring, particularly if you’re wanting a sapphire, to visit Ingle and Rhode.

I was really impressed by Ingle & Rhode. They took all my requests into account and created a design that I looked (and that my fiancée also loves). There is not such a big market (yet) for engagement rings for men, and they rose to the challenge amazingly!
