I have been using Ininal card, but recently it got blocked without any clear explanation. The worst part is that my money is still stuck inside the card, and their support has been completely unhelpful. Despite several attempts to contact them, the issue remains unresolved for days. This is unacceptable and feels like theft. I strongly advise others to be cautious when trusting this service with their money.

It has become known that ININAL is involved in illegal activities. As a result, all accounts have reportedly been frozen, and users are partially unable to access their account and certainly not their money. Attempts to contact indirectly by phone or email and even social media was hopeless and only bit spam automated messages were answered. I strongly advise caution with the handling of ininal. Make an effort to contact via Twitter, Instagram or Youtube ininal. Draws attention to the fact that ininal is not trustworthy. Worked for a while, now looks like a scam that did a scamexit. Claims their license has been suspended. Provides no proof. No money returned.

Horrible customer service. I’m just asking to delete my account and they are requesting documents like passport and filling out a document, that I should sign myself, which I did several times and each time they are not accepting it and coming with something new. Just don’t create an account there so you don’t have to candle with this kind of support.

Problematic registration process. Turkish language only while authorising the app. But overall - it works

I recently spent 2 hours trying to create an account, and it was a complete waste of time. My attempts were repeatedly rejected, and I kept encountering errors. This experience was incredibly frustrating. Please fix your system!

Dont waste your time with them! A week ago i have sent a transfer to my ininal account but forgot to mention the reference number in the transfer data. Once i realized that i have contacted them with all the info needed .....its been 10 days and still nothing. Tried contacting them on there info e-mail , on facebook etc - no one wants to help.eventually i got a reply on my e-mail asking for the same details that i have already sent in the pdf! The app is a mix of english and turkish ,the chat support is only in turkish or russian .....so if you are an international costumer please avoid at all coast!!! oh.....and i still dont have my money ......

No discounts or such for the most part, beaten by papara in my opinion but still has ok depositing.
