A complete scam of a company. They shipped the wrong item, and their customer support seems incompetent and unwilling to resend the correct one. Instead, they’re trying to offer a small compensation for me to keep the product or asking me to return it at my own expense.
From the customer service:
"Need to comply with trade policies of some countries, we moved our overseas warehouses to China.
We apologize for the trouble.
Hope you can accept the goods and accept compensation.
The freight for returning the goods is too expensive.
This will cost you a lot of money and time.
You can keep the goods after receiving the compensation.

Complete scam
Wouldn't give it a star rating at all if it was an option. Product ordered and what arrived were not the same and customer service wouldn't acknowledge any issues despite multiple photos, sku codes and copies of order information.
