Having been a customer for a number of years of never had a problem until now. When I tried to insert a replacement cartridge in my Canon printer it was not recognised !!. After numerous attempts to resolve it the problem persisted. I have contacted Ink Trader numerous times as well as returning the obviously faulty cartridge but to date have been continously fobbed off. I am not asking for the earth but simply a replacement or refund.

I always use Ink Trader, their prices are competitive, the ink cartridges are of good quality and they always arrive on time. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Not Ink Traders fault, but these Canon Ink Cartridges are ridicously packaged. The amount of plastic is way too much

I found the ordering simple and straightforward. the inks were delivered promptly and I was especially impressed to recieve envelopes for used ink cartridges for recycling.

Prices are competitive (I shopped around a lot to find these guys and I'm glad I did). Shipping is always fast and several orders later, it's always been a really smooth service so far.

I love that a bag is included with my orders for a free return of the old ink cartridges for them to recycle. This makes recycling completely effortless on my part so it's a win win and a fantastic idea. It feels good to know I am doing my bit to help the environment by at least recycling the cartridges, as well as being comforting to know I have purchased from a company that is clearly playing a very active role in that too.

Bought a refurbished cartridge for my kodak verity 55 .. printed 20 pages now it's saying its empty ... works out almost a pound a page! Won't be buying from them again . Very disappointed !
