Not happy
I have used inktrader many times before, but this time not very happy. They have sent the wrong cartridges and because I was unaware put them in and now have to reorder again as they will not accept open packages.The cartridges are stuck in the printer and I'll have to get them sorted professionally, all round not good.

It was nice to speak to you on the phone earlier, however your review of your experience seems ambiguous. As we explained to yourself within that phone call, the incorrect model of ink cartridge was purchased by you for your printer model, thus this will be the reason for your ink cartridge 'getting stuck' in the printer. Additionally in the earlier phone call we explained we are always more than willing to refund/replace products that have been unopened. Unfortunately, any items purchased in error that have been opened, we cannot offer a refund/replacement for.

Good bye Ink Trader
Over the years THREE TIMES Ink Trader delivered wrong or defective refill ink cartridge to me. Obviously Ink Trader has failed to print one test page before shipping out a refilled cartridge. This is my vote of NO CONFIDENCE.
