I ordered a custom playmat with stitched edges. It was shipped the day after it was finished. Arrived securely packaged.
However USPS took FOREVER!! But not anything they can control. Highly recommend there products!

I had a custom XL deskmat made for a customer in a size that would have been difficult if not impossible to find elsewhere. The printing turned out fantastic and the quality was excellent! The customer loved it, and I will be using Inked Gaming for any future custom request orders I get.

Even tho it was delayed over christmas i still got a quality playmat i use every week

The quality of these products is awesome! The points system they use is great, and I will continue to do business with them. I ordered custom mats for my son and fiance and have my eye on a dice bag or two because their quality is leaps and bounds better than other products!

The selection and quality of Inked Gaming's products are the best, and they are currently working hard to improve their customer service. In the past, their communications and efficiency has been spotty, but they have acknowledged and are working to do better. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I have gotten two custom mats from them. The quality was top notch, and the oldest of the two years later is still holding up extremely well.

The product is absolutely amazing 12/10! The mats look just as amazing as they do online. Their mats are smooth, yet firm and course enough to keep the loose cards firmly on the mats. My brother and I played some mtg on these in a moving rv on a recent trip and we were surprised to find that the cards barely moved! (The decks we kept in boxes as that would be too ambitious) The only reason I could withhold a star is because of the late timing which the company put great effort into correcting through their apologies, customer support and well, I got it in the end!

Communication still sucks…I again am past my expected ship date and again have gotten no communication on my order. I try using the support bot but I end up being left on read with a email sent asking how we did. I wanted to give in gaming another chance because I knew with the holidays it was rough for them, but after this experience, I am done.

I found out about Inked from a podcast, and had just started playing magic. Each may and bag I ordered came within a week and they’ve all held up really well through trips across the country, and just general use. The mats were also at a price point that I could readily afford. Overall everything I’ve ordered has arrived swiftly, held up strong and traveled everywhere with me

I have only ever had good experiences with Inked Gaming. Their staff is honest and upfront and their products are high quality. They had some challenges around 2024 with meeting order demand and I had an order that was significantly delayed in its arrival because of this but they reached out throughout the delay with updates and I did ultimately receive my products, which I love and still use regularly. Would absolutely recommend.

This review was long over due.
I ordered my playmats back in early November and was not shipped until mid March. This happened to many many customers and although I understand the situation, it was a poor 1st time experience. But this review isn't about the poorly planned forecasting or inventory management, this review is primarily about the quality.
This company had build a reputation of have the best quality playmats. Only hearing about them in passing, I decided to make a purchase and was greatly disappointed. The color of the image wasnt as clear and vibrant as I had hoped. The the top of the play mat was poorly cut. Uneven. Like it had excess and quickly got a pair of scissors to trim it and very uneven.
I bought another playmat on Amazon, using the SAME unmodified image. I not only received it within 2 weeks but the colors were more vibrant and sharper. Very clear and obvious especially on a side by side comparison.
I'm more than willing to give inked gaming another chance but won't be for awhile.

Constant talk of "fixing the company" yet the owner takes home the same, if not more, amount of money. Greed will continue to ruin this company. Don't expect to see your order until the owner announces their own pay cut.

Love their mats and dice bags! You can make anything you want and it comes out looking great!
