Bought 2 black ink for HP

Bought 2 black ink for HP. Both were defective. Called the company and they sent me 2 more. I didn’t use right away. Tried to use and both were defective again. I called them and all they would say is sorry. Will not use again.

Worthless cheap junk.

I ordered a 10 pack of four colors for my Brother printer. I thought I was being really smart saving a significant amount over Brother ink. In less than 1 yr, my printer is useless. I tried installing 3 of the remaining black cartridges and the printer only recognize one. I tried cleaning the black ink numerous times but no black....blank pages. So, not only has the Ink Farm ink failed, 3 out of 4 cartridges cannot be recognized by the printer. I will be back to Brother cartridges ASAP and hope to get the printer working again. I don't want replacements, I don't want money back, I just want to warn everyone that thier ink and their cartridges are NOT compatible with one of the largest printer brands out there. Buyer beware, I won't be fooled again.

I canNOT recommend Inkfarm.

Over a period of weeks, we’ve had problem after problem. I ordered a complete set of replacement cartridges for our HP printer (black, cyan, magenta and yellow). First the black cartridge was defective, for which they sent a replacement. It works marginally well. As we replaced the color cartridges in turn there were more problems. The cyan did not work so they sent a second which works okay. Next the yellow was defective, so Inkfarm sent a replacement which was also defective. Each time our printer was down while we waited for shipments to arrive. Unable to go without a printer any longer, we bought full priced replacement at the local office supply store.

We asked Inkfarm for reimbursement for the product we had paid (yellow) which failed for the second time. Their resolution: After we send back the defective product, they agreed to refund a discounted purchase price, but not the $4.95 cost of shipping we were charged. WHAT? We have to eat the cost of shipping a defective product to us?

We will not be doing further business with Inkfarm. Their products are unreliable and their customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle!

Buying from Inkfarm

I've been buying from Inkfarm for years. Always quick and easy, and I have never had an issue. The cartridges always work perfectly, and last a long time. I always recommend Inkfarm when I hear anyone talking about needing printer ink. Thanks!

Bad Cartridges and wrong fit

Bad Cartridges and wrong fit. I Ordered cartridges for my Brother MFC5890-CN, and they do not fit, and they leaked everywhere. I had a mess to clean up off of my printer and floor. I had bought from this company before, but it had been so long ago that I had forgotten, (and they were packed away when I moved) until I found a box with an old invoice and a box with 8 cartridges that I was unable to use. I've wasted money with this firm twice. They do not send the right cartridges for the printer selected.

I was a loyal customer for over 5 years.

I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. Their service significantly deteriorated over the past several years. No problem with ink leaking or defective cartridges. It was always that my 2 printers would not recognize the cartridge. I would give their customer service 5 Stars because they always responded, appologized and sent me replacement cartridges but in almost every order I would find cartridges that my printers wouldn't recognize. I once returned 5 or 6 cartridges that I had collected that didn't work. I finally decided to switch to a different company.

I purchased 2 cartridges for A HP…

I purchased 2 cartridges for A HP office jet pro 8028e
when I removed the orange casing from the one I opened it burst getting ink all over my keyboard, computer desk, floor and me. I immediately got on line they were closed so I typed my complaint. Today is day 3 and they have not been decent enough to respond.

Buyers Beware! Ordered cartridges for an HP printer. Received order but instead of the 3 color cartridges and regular black and photo black cartridge I received two regular black cartridges. Called yesterday and they just rolled my call to voice mail without the option to hold. Just tried again and they automatically rolled to voice mail and received a recording that the voice mailbox was full. Buyer Beware! I am done with this bunch. Terrible product, terrible service

I bought cartridges for an Epson WF7710. They are worthless. I ran the head cleaner multiple times, did all the troubleshooting, etc. and ultimately ended up buying genuine Epson cartridges. The printer went right back to printing normally after a few pages. I got in a pinch and needed black so I used another one of the inkfarm cartridges, and within a few pages it was printing borderline unreadable pages. I emailed inkfarm and never got a response. Terrible product, terrible service.

Refurbished cartridges don't fit as advertised.

I recently bought a package of two black and one color ink cartridges (refurbished) for my Canon Printer model TR4522. First, I had difficulty removing the cartridges from the packing. Second, I had difficulty removing the plastic strip that protects the ink. Third, the cartridge would no way fit in my printer although it had the right number on it and was supposed to be the correct one. When I lined it up with my (original issue) installed cartridge, I saw quite clearly there is an extra ridge on the new one that prevents it from slotting snugly into the carriage. I will return the cartridges (I only tried one of three, but they are all the same) and expect a full refund. I am very disappointed.

Remanufactured Cartridges

I have an old Lexmark Z52 printer that stopped printing in color and then black. I tried original equipment cartridges to no avail. I had never used remanufactured cartridges but that was my last option. I put in both color and black cartridges from Ink Farm and my ole printer came back to life. So will end my depending on original equipment cartridges.

Emails bouncing re: where is my refund?

I have been a customer of ink farm for over 7 years...just sent back some cartridges in OCTOBER 2023 because my current printer died. Was due a refund of about $48 or so and was told I would receive a check. Still waiting...no response from emails to customer service (2-3X now) and using the form on the website kicks back the information as not sendable. What is going on? Must I contact the Better Business Bureau for a response from them? NEXT!!!!
