Just don't!
I purchased a set of three cartridges for my laser-printer from Inkmasters, as they had competitive prices, and reasonable freight costs.
The combined set of three cartridges was a specific item on their webshop.
Sadly I received cartridges of different lengths, with only one cartridge fitting my printer. The others were too long.
I contacted support and they told me that all sizes should fit my printer (?), but agreed to take back the cartridges to deliver them all at same length. The insisted on also having the working cartridge sent back.
Two weeks later a new set of cartridges arrived, but sadly again with different lengths. It seemed the same package was sent back to me, without looking at the issue described in the enclosed letter, including their own correspondence from their support.
A new return ticket was created and this time I was promised that a member of management would handle my case.
A new set of cartridges arrived, but sadly not of the same length. The blue cartridge that was originally a perfect fit, was now replaced with one that was too long, but they had managed to send a magenta cartridge that was correct. Again I had to send back all three cartridges.
I never heard anything from Inkmasters after the third return of the cartridges, but I can see on my bank statement that they have decided to cancelled the deal. I have spent more than 45£ on freight sending back wrong cartridges again and again. I feel ignored and no one really wants to solve their incorrect shipments.
Worst shopping experience ever.
