They leave you in the dark

They looked good upon initial glance, and they were offering a good price for the product I was looking for. However, I finally got a tracking number over 24hrs later with no “Order confirmation” email initially. I don’t know why they have a Contact Us page though because they don’t answer their phone, and they don’t respond to any customer emails or inquiries about anything. Mine has been sitting at “waiting for details” on their tracking app SHOP for at least 36 hours now, despite their claim of same day shipping on orders before 3pmEST.

Customer Service will not respond to inquiries

I have ordered from Inkojet several times with no issue. This time (according to the USPS tracking), my order was delivered to South Carolina instead of my address in Minnesota. I have sent four emails/messages and left three voice mails with no response.
