Unclear Sale Conditions
The offer of EOFY 2 for 1 was unclear as to the conditions. and I ordered an item, expecting a second, but was later told that the offer only applied to specific types of item. This was NOT made clear in the advertsiement for the EOFY sale.

Toner ordering is easy with Inkspot
Product selection was as easy as possible with so many selections.
Product ordering was easy to follow through.
Product purchase was easy, but the EOFY promo code 'DoubleUp' did not work as advertised. This was disappointing.
Product order follow-up was very good. Product arrived ahead of schedule. This was very Pleasant.

The cartridge arrived very swiftly.
However make sure you order accurately as you get exactly what you ask for. (I ordered the wrong cartridge at first as I didn't know there was a difference between a 1005 and a p1005. My error)
I highly recommend Inkspot as they are very efficient and cost effective.
