I’ve been using InkThreadable for a while now and love the way they operate.

I can use their website to upload designs at my convenience but also have the option of speaking with someone if I need or want to. Not a call centre or a chat bot, but an actual person who works in the same building that things are printed in!

Turnaround and shipping are both reasonable and I can pick up my orders too (I’m fairly local!)

When I asked for my cycling caps to be printed, which isn’t a garment offered on the website, this was done and the price was still reasonable.

Updated review from 20/9/25:
Not enjoying the complicated process of trying to get a store front set up, hand to reach out multiple times explaining their website doesn't let you actually select the storefront option (tab doesn't take you anywhere but your account details page) and got responses - just not helpful ones to start with.

Then I set up another account, thinking this is the only way to be able to create a store front and I get a response asking me for my email and store name for my new store front account, but on my original account chat facility! CONFUSED? Me too!!

I'm currently locked out of my original account because it wont let me reset my password and I've sent a message to their contact email. Not sure what to do (whether to just call it a day and start from scratch elsewhere - but all the stuff I've spent days creating, exporting and editing to get it shown on my TikTok shop will still be sold via them until I can get a store front set up either way).

I didn't have any of these issues with ForthWall and the shop front looked amazing - Only problem was as they're in the US I couldn't integrate my TikTok shop with it from the UK. Get on to that ForthWall!

The site is easy to navigate and the AI chatbot is actually very useful if you need help. Then if you need an advisor they are fast to respond, friendly and helpful :)

The quality of the products is very high also

My experience with InkThreadable has been nothing short of amazing! In addition to their wide range of products and features as well as their platforms interface and ease of use, their staff is so polite, patient, quick to respond. They have a solution for everything. 10/10 experience.

This is the first time I've ever left a review for a company, but I would like to go out of my way to say that Inkthreadable is an excellent choice for anyone looking to setup their clothing brand. As a starting European brand looking for a trustworthy company to grow my brand outside of Europe, I can say that the quality and service is perfect and easy to use. The interface and choice of products is amazing too, as I've been struggling with a couple other producers. If you're looking for a trustworhty company to handle fulfillment in the UK and internationally, with a super friendly and available customer service that handles problems very fast, I would highly recommend Inkthreadable! Can't wait to receive my second test batch and looking forward to see the service options expand over time.

Incredible service, quality and delivery times are always next to perfect. Never had an issue which was not at the fault of my own.

Em is super helpful, helped me with such a quick turnaround time for a stock issue and was really friendly, 5* customer service.

This was my second order from Inkthreadable I reordered because the quality on the first was excellent. My second order came out slightly different due to a machinery upgrade, but their customer service was outstanding (specifically Em). They immediately remade the items and upgraded my shipping to next day delivery at no extra cost. The replacement arrived and the quality is once again amazing. Can’t fault them top-tier product and support. Highly recommend.

I ordered 9 black T-Shirts with a bespoke design for my MTB Cycle Club visit to the IOW in 2025. The T's were great quality and the design was printed very well on the material. One of the T's had a small defect and the team at Inkthreadable replaced it immediately, without charge. Great customer service and super T's.

They have been so helpful and instrumental in setting up my business. The founders are really lovely people who really want you to succeed. It’s been great working with them. Really lovely products and helpful service. Couldn’t ask for more.

If you want to buy a T-shirt for the summer, order it in December so it arrives in time for July. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I will never order from them again.

Hi readers, I've been using InkT for a few years now and thought that I'd leave them another review. Having an online shop has it's challenges and I must say whenever one of my customers has an issue I refer it back to them and they always resolved it. I can't thank them enough, especially Mary and Em who I deal with the most of the time. Thank you ladies.
