I’ve been working with Inkthreadible for 2 years now and they’ve been fantastic. On the rare occasion there’s an issue, they’ve been super quick to sort things out. Em from the support team has been so helpful and very friendly! Highly recommended

5 Stars – Outstanding Quality and Customer Service!

I’ve been so impressed with Inkthreadable! Their baby and children’s clothing is fantastic quality — soft, well-made, and perfect for my brand. I also designed a bag and accidentally chose embroidery colours that wouldn’t have worked well with the bag colour. Instead of just printing it as it was, Mary reached out to let me know and gave me the chance to adjust the colours. Thanks to the team, the final product looks amazing! Their attention to detail and outstanding customer service really sets them apart. Highly recommend!

Great service, on the rare occasion that issues arise, it gets fixed very quickly.

Very helpful customer service. It's my first time using them and I was doing it all wrong but customer service was very patient and now it's working great.

I was new to DTG printing, and it was a great first experience! Em was very helpful in giving me advice and answering any questions. I was very happy with the prints they turned out better than I imagined! They also managed to accommodate my deadline, which was very helpful :)

+Edit June 2025: Unfortunately, after ordering a few more samples, I found that the quality of the print on the t-shirts were really variable…some good..but mostly not a great standard. It wasn’t terrible, but some of the colours looked a little faded and some finer details were a little smudged. Some people may not have noticed, but it didn’t look right to me. i did raise the issue of the faded colour with the team, and they said it was within their quality tolerance and perhaps due to variations in garment colour. however i had other sample printed from a different company on the same colour tees and the print was clearer, crisper and more consistent. it’s a shame, as the service on the whole is pretty good..aside from the variable print quality.+

I have used Inkthreadable now for several years to outsource the production of some of my business's products. The website is good to use, the customer service is always very pleasant and responsive, and I can say that the garments with printed designs on are of a high quality too.

There is a general feeling that Inkthreadable want your business to succeed so offer ideas and solutions. What is more valuable is there is also the patience and expertise to help implement any new processes that are required - Even if they have to repeat the odd tutorial!

Fantastic Customer service!! I used the online chat and it couldn't have been easier, I got a really prompt response and they were super helpful at helping me resolve an issue I had with a missed order from my customer (my mistake). Really good quality and a great service that frees me up to focus on the parts of running my company that are more creative and technical.

Worked with Mary in customer service after placing some orders to check quality of the work before opening an online store. The quality was good but we had some teething issues as you do and Mary and her team were so quick to respond over email and fix the issues which included a refund with no hesitation after seeing the issue and a change to my order where I accidentally used the wrong print file. Mary and her team have nothing but super fast and polite and that’s what you want when you are partnering with a PoD supplier!

First time working with them, I have to say their customer service is really great! The quality of my samples is very good! I hope we can have a long-term cooperation.

I've had a great experience with Inkthreadable over the years, using them for several projects. The latest being Analogue Photography merch. I'm particularly happy with their comms, and flexibility in rushing me out an urgent order.

Great company with knowledgeable staff that will let you know if there's an issue with your design. Occasionally the odd error in items sent to customers (we're all human) but most importantly they are quickly and effortlessly rectified. May the relationship between us continue into the future.
