Customer service is very helpful. They will call you directly if the problem is too technical to clearly explain via email. Plus, they will call you back if they are busy or missed you call. Furthermore, they are very patient to explain everything.

Almost magically Inky Little Fingers made a very professional book from my memoirs. They were unfailingly helpful whenever I phoned and made the whole process very easy. I appreciated the help at a cost of £20 of designing the cover. The remainder of the book had been written on my iMac using Pages. I found this familiar and easy even though it struggled with a large number of photos. I turned it into a PDF and Inky Little Fingers seem to have no difficulty using it.
The total cost was great value for money.
