From start to finish, super service

From start to finish, even to needing a new electric box fitting after sale, the team were amazing.
it's super scary buying abroad. Even having done it before this purchase, I was nervous BUT I need not have been!
I liased with Paul for all viewings, Susan inbetween the sale and the wonderful Elvira after sale.
Elvira went above and beyond to ensure electric repair was carried out immediately and pre hand over of keys. The even stayed open for us to collect keys out of office hours.
I would and will be using this company again.
We highly reccommend their services. They will take care of you

It's Scary buying a property in any…

It's Scary buying a property in any Country ... You have so many questions, so many thoughts of "What If!" .
It's even scarier buying a property remotely ....
You don't get to walk around and get a feel of the place, you have to put 100% Faith in the Company & the Agent helping you out.

We already had a property in Alicante that we bought in 2019 & absolutely love it. We ALMOST bought another on the same Urbanisation only to be put off by the Estate Agent asking us to pay 80% of the cost of the property above board & the rest Cash (Black Money) as the vendor was selling due to divorce & wanted to make a little extra over her Partner.
I was literally just about to hand over the 10% Deposit when Massive RED FLAGS appeared.
So I explained that I needed to discuss it with my Wife and would tell them the outcome the next day.
I contacted the Previous Estate Agent that I had used in Alicante who said it wasn't unheard of & that It was not in my interests .... Later down the line for Tax reasons if I ever wanted to sell.
So .... I'm no stranger to taking a plunge and buying unseen .. We had done this in 2019 and it was great & we love the place.

It's always SODS Law that you find the one that seems the right one for you & you don't happen to be able to visit & are worried that someone else might snap it up before you get a chance .... This is where the professionalism of both the Estate Agent & the Agency comes into force .

After originally spotting our New home in Luque ( A lovely 5 Bed Townhouse with a garage overlooking the castle ) And having it always at the back of our mind we continued searching ... We had previously Spoken to "Hayley" about a couple of other properties that we liked ... but just didn't fit our criteria . There was always a little compromise.
Always at the back of our mind was this townhouse ... We hadn't ever been to Luque, We scoured the internet for info about the area .... Watched videos on Youtube and bombarded Hayley for more info ...
We had a Live Viewing with Hayley where we could ask her questions and she went from room to room telling us her findings. After the 30 min call she measured all the rooms & Patio's & Garage to see if the ideas we had in our mind could be acted upon. She even contacted the Town Hall for us and enquired about extending the Garage as the previous owner had readied it for this purpose.

We said our thanks to Hayley for all her help & then discussed it for the next 15 - 20 mins. My Wife saying "We were lucky with the first house .... it's great , Can we be lucky twice?" ..... I said "How much would you be disappointed if we didn't get it to getting it and deciding it wasn't quite our thing ?" .... Unlike a Pet we could always re-sell if we were not happy.
We struck a deal with the vendor that suited us & It was ours ....
Roll on Approx 4 weeks .
Already having Spanish Bank accounts & I had an N.I.E It was all straightforward. However we decided to add my Wife to the deeds on this place. We went to the same Notary we used last time and my Wife applied for her N.I.E & the paperwork was sent off & ready for the handover.

It was about a Month before we could get out to see the Property .... The Drive from Alicante from our other home was nice ... But we both had our reservations.
We stopped at the Office in Alcalá la Real picked up the keys & drove the 35 Kilometres to our home.

I'll be 100% Honest ... On walking through the door I had my reservations about whether we had done the right thing of not ... It took a couple of days of clearing out the items left by the vendor & tidying.

But we left with raised spirits ....

I went back out in March filled our little Spanish car with items I needed to start decorating and off I went.
I spent 2 weeks there sprucing up the place ... making it more "Homely" ... We then Drove down together in May with a Car full of goodies to Personalise our new "Casa"...

We have yet to meet any more English people in Luque, But that's great ! .. Our other Home is surrounded by So many Nationalities it doesn't really feel like Spain .... I try my hardest with my Pigeon Spanish & the Spanish help me as best they can.

We have made friends with a neighbour .... He speaks No English ... Me Partial Spanish - But 90% of the time we understand and get the point across with waving hands and funny faces .

Do we regret buying our new Casa now ??

Not a chance ... we love it , Love the area , Love the fact we have so much to explore, Friends to make & things to try.
We have the best of both worlds now .... a Spinglish Area & a FULL Blown Spanish Town .

So our thanks go out 100% to Hayley who has been an Angel .... We constantly bombard her with questions even now over 6 months Later & she is always more than happy to try to help us out .

Our advice to you ..... You want a property in Spain ?
If you can't pyhsically go to view it ask as many questions as you can ... do your research & make that all important decision between Heart ♥️ & Head !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Susan was most helpful in the sale of our house last year. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Just recently I had to contact her again to obtain copies of some documents and she sent these to me the same day after requesting these from the notary. Great after sales care.

Would not hesitate in recommending Susan and her team to buy or sell a property in Spain.

Buying real estate in Marchena

When we were looking for a property in Andalusia, we came across the Inland Andalusia website. The large selection and the possibility of viewing properties via video enticed us to fly to Spain and look at selected properties. We had an appointment with Paul who introduced us to the first property. By the way, we got stuck on this one straight away When we decided to purchase these we needed the full support and help of Inland Andalusia. It was done in a very short time by the team with Paul and Susan notary appointment, lawyer, tax number, bank account opening and much more. We have been living in Andalusia since then and we owe this largely to the Inland Andalusia team. A big thank you again to Paul and Susan.

Tried & Trusted

We used Inland Andalucia estate agency group to sell our Spanish holiday home in the beautiful olive groves of the Jaen countryside, close to the historic town of Alcala la Real. The entire experience was positive from start to finish with Antonia marketing the property, Hayley achieving a sale for us, Susan's help with admin & Elvira at the notary on completion day. They were all friendly, efficient & professional making the emotional decision of selling 'our place in the sun' hassle free & straightforward. All of the staff inspired trust & confidence in their abilities. I would recommend, without hesitation our experience of Inland Andalucia.

More than your average real estate group...

We decided to contact Inland Andalucia Group after watching several YouTube videos on their channel. We were traveling to Andalucia to visit a property not listed on the IA website. However, we contacted the group last minute to view some other properties in the same village. They obliged us on short notice. Hayley in particular is a stellar agent. Patient, responsive, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the local area's history and culture. In fact, we are still in contact with Hayley well after the purchase, and she is still responsive and helpful.

We ended up buying one of the properties that we initially looked at through Inland Andalucia Group. Buying property is a hassle and usually never seamless, even in your own country. Nevertheless, buying a property in a foreign country, while residing in another foreign country. We had minor hiccups along the journey, but nothing nefarious from the IA group. We are still dealing with some odds and ends months after the purchase. Hayley and the IA Group continue to offer generous assistance.

Would we go through IA Group if we had to make our purchase all over again? Yes!

Are there areas of improvement that the IA Group could make to receive a 5-star rating? Of course, but nothing major.

We also want to give big ups to Susan, Alejandro, and Raquel for helping us purchase our little slice of Andalucia in the village of Castillo de Locubin. Hayley Whiteley is our go-to agent for buying any property in Andalucia.

Amazing service, going over and above

We went to Inland Andalucia to help us buy a property in Spain. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and I often recommend them to people I know wanting to purchase in Spain.
Paul is really knowledgeable and spent days driving us around to find a house that suited our difficult expectations!
When one seller pulled out, Paul acted immediately to find us a suitable alternative which, as it happens, we liked even better, and the purchase went through very quickly with no issues.

Meanwhile, Susan had been working really hard also, going over and above what we ever expected from her. She arranged bank appointments for us, met us in town to organise our NIE, helped us open accounts and even came with me to the hospital when I needed medical care. She stayed with me in the waiting room for hours, and translated everything for me while at the hospital!
We were not able to be in Spain when the purchase completed, so we signed Power of Attorney over to Susan. Everything was dealt with extremely professionally and efficiently, and the purchase completed promptly.

The after care they have provided is also second to none. Whenever we have had issues with our bank, need documents translating or even if we just have any questions, Paul and Susan have always been happy to help us extremely quickly and in a very professional manner. We cannot rate them highly enough - they made our whole experience of buying our first property abroad very smooth and stress-free.

We really appreciate everything they have done for us and continue to do, and would recommend them to anyone.

Use this agent at your peril!

We have recently purchased a property with this real estate agent. Their tag line states "you are in safe hands" however this is far from our experience. We were mislead about the property we decided to purchase and essential information was withheld from us. For example mains water is only available for half of the day and there is no stable fibre optic broadband even though we were assured there was.

In addition, once we had found a suitable property we were pressurised into signing a contract within 2 days. This was in fact prepared by their lawyer and contained many errors. In addition we later found out that the lawyer was also acting for the seller which had not been disclosed to us.

We were assured that the utilities would be reconnected before we took up occupancy and this was to be arranged by the agent. The reality was very different. They did nothing to complete this process and it was left to us to contact the companies. When Inland Andalucía did finally provide us with paperwork, several items were missing which caused further delays.

They retained €2000 from the sale proceeds to cover the costs of reconnection and, although we did receive some money towards the water, we still have never been paid for the electricity.

We have written 4 letters of complaint together with a legal letter from our lawyer and the company has refused to answer any of them. In fact from the day we signed the contract they have refused to communicate with us at all.

If you have to use this company you should be very careful. Do not believe anything they say and triple check everything! Under no circumstances use any of the lawyers or contractors they suggest.
