I've been running a couple of client websites on their shared hosting plan for several months now. In terms of server stability and speed, the performance is quite reliable and I haven't faced any major downtime. However, their main account management dashboard and cPanel feel really outdated and could use a modern redesign. Also, getting through to live technical support takes a bit too long during peak hours. It's an okay tech solution, but user experience could be smoother.

Support at InMotion Hosting has always been superb. I never have to worry when things go sideways on my sites.

InMotion has been providing great services for years and their customer support is always available and great at technical support.

It fixed my problem, it was the server cache.

I have a very bad experience with technical support. I was trying to get some help and the person was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and was talking down to me as a customer. I don't remember the exact date and I don't have time to look it up because the question that you are asking me below, if I leave this site, i might lose everything that I typed here, so please look at the transcript and you will see it for yourself. I would not want to conduct business with your company even if hosting was free.

The technical support team has always resolved any issues and is always ready to help you manage both shared hosting and VPS. The best technical support among all the hosting providers I've tried.

Absolutely no customer service / IT assistance. Tickets remain open for days with no response. Unacceptable.

Nick was quick to respond to my request, give helpful direction to find the information I needed to provide for him to update records on my account to get my email up an running after I changed my primary domain not realizing the repercussions. I can not thank him enough for not only saving the day but doing it so quickly and with a positive customer service attitude. Well done!

The process of getting in contact with a technician to help troubleshoot was good. And after connecting with technical support, the service was excellent. They listened, we discussed, and they took actions to fix the problem. Exceeded my expectations!

Although the Chat takes some time ( 1 Hr) to get a human, it worked OK. KarranA gave me the anwser I needed.

They are very responsive and most of their support techs will go above and beyond to address any issues you have. I also am able to host a number of sites for a reasonable annual cost. I've been with inmotion hosting for over a decade.

Very good site hosting service and support and pretty easy to use dashboard

Got fantastic help from Josh W. transitioning email back to In Motion from a horrible experience at Google Workspace. He carefully made sure I new the pluses and minuses of the change, then introduced me to Box Trapper which goes a long way to solve my spam problem (probably 100,000 per year). He is an excellent guide. One of the very best support sessions I have ever had. Thank you Josh,
