Reliable server performance but interface is dated

I've been running a couple of client websites on their shared hosting plan for several months now. In terms of server stability and speed, the performance is quite reliable and I haven't faced any major downtime. However, their main account management dashboard and cPanel feel really outdated and could use a modern redesign. Also, getting through to live technical support takes a bit too long during peak hours. It's an okay tech solution, but user experience could be smoother.

I have a very bad experience with technical support. I was trying to get some help and the person was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and was talking down to me as a customer. I don't remember the exact date and I don't have time to look it up because the question that you are asking me below, if I leave this site, i might lose everything that I typed here, so please look at the transcript and you will see it for yourself. I would not want to conduct business with your company even if hosting was free.
