They are trying to rip you off

It is truly incredible how unreliable this company is. First, they fell behind on delivery for a long period without communicating. Five days after I canceled the order, they unlawfully sent their product for shipping to me.

Even though I intervened immediately, they sent the glasses I did not want to me and took no action to stop the delivery.

Despite clarifying that I would not accept the delivery, the glasses were left at my doorstep.

Now, I have to return the glasses at my own expense and risk, and only if this unreliable company determines that the goods are in order, will they consider refunding my money.

I can only advise everyone against ordering anything here.
