Brilliant communication from start to finish and my bashed up Porsche has been returned in immaculate condition. Every contact from the first phone call to collect the vehicle to the collection and re delivery has been helpful , professional and friendly.
I would 100% recommend !

The whole process for repair was so easy and stress free. Communication was clear and simple and any enquiries I had were dealt with quickly. Car collection and drop off was quick and the driver was really accommodating with request to pick up from nearby layby as it wouldn't be possible at my house. All of the staff I dealt with were so friendly, I would definitely use the company again and based on my experience, would highly recommend to others.

just had our car delivered after an extensive repair after a lorry went in to our stationary car. it looks like a new car, its immaculate, so pleased. the whole experience with IRG has been very positive, they have kept us updated at regular intervals, even though there is an online hub you can check the status of the repair. everyone associated with our involvement with IRG has been exceptional. highly recommend

Dropped car off for body work repairs following a very efficient in person quotation. Car is now like new. Difficult colour to match but so well done. Finished early and efficiently communicated this. Staff are lovely. Talk you through everything to ensure you are happy with what they propose doing and also the finished result. Highly recommend!

Service was on the whole good and the workmanship high quality. The wait was not so good but that was due to difficulty in obtaining parts. Staff very friendly.

Pleasure to deal with. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff right from initial assessment to collection of vehicle. Repair was dealt with quickly and easily and I was kept informed of progress. Very pleased with the repair, wouldn’t know there had been any damage, and vehicle returned very clean and looking like new!

Took my wife’s car in for damaged sustained to 2 doors. The insurance company named IRG as the authorised dealer. Took the car in for them to assess damage and as a result 2 doors were ordered. Just picked up the car and very pleased with the works carried out. During the process they kept me informed of the timeline even though from seeing the vehicles outside the premises they were very busy. Friendly staff, highly recommended.

I would just like to say that IRG in Bridgend went over and above with my recent car repair and I would like to thank Hiren personally for all his help for keeping me up-to-date with the procress of my car pair which should have been done by Vizionnetwork as they were supposed to manage the car repair but they were non - existent in managing my car repair the same as AXA car insurance I would definitely recommend Hiren and IRG of Bridgend for any future car repairs and thanks again to Hiren and his team at IRG Bridgend for the great repair they done on my car and the customer service that I received from IRG.

Unfortunately I've had to withdraw my 5 star review as I have started noticing issues with my car.

Initially when picking the car up under the canopy it looked great. However the first time I needed to use the car in the dark the headlight aim was shining 3 ft higher on the driver side blinding on coming traffic. My partner took it back, they drove it against the wall and initially said no issues. After my partner insisted there was an issue they took it into the workshop and adjusted the passage headlight even though it was the drivers headlight that was replaced and shining high.

My partner drove the car home and that evening I tried the car and the lights were still nowhere near as crisp as before the accident. In the end I took the car to Nathaniel's who are a service center for my car. Small cost afterwards and the headlights are now back to how they were before the accident. Apparently they were miles off!!!

In terms of the paintwork. Whoever painted the car did a great job. However, who ever cut and polished the paintwork have left buffer trails all down each side. There is also a section of the wing where the clear has been flattened but not polished so in the sun it stands out like a sore thumb being a black car. I've now had to pay close to £500 for a detailer to paint correct the car. According to him it's down to them buffing the paintwork with the buffer at too high a speed and not completing multiple passes over each panel.

Sorry that I've had to leave this review as the reception staff and gentlemen who kept me informed by telephone were great and this is no reflection on them. The chap who picked the car up and the tracking system also faultless.

There were a lot of delays in terms of repairs and waiting for parts, but it was the start of December when the car went in. In terms of the courtesy car, brilliant, excellent little Fabia, and in terms of the actual work done on the car, brilliant, like the damage never happened. It was a long wait, but when it’s your car I’d rather wait some time to get it right rather than rush it out still damaged.
Guys are really friendly to talk to, nothing bad to say.

They picked up the car, took great care in doing so. We had a wait while the new door was sent by the manufacturers about a week. But when they received it the work was carried out within a couple of days, and it looks brand new. The best part my car came back gleaming inside and out.

I'm a driving instructor after a lady crashed into my car non fault, I took my car to IRG Bridgend.
The car had its repair work completed, I was so pleased with the work completed, they are absolutely awsome at their job.
They completed o time, when I went to pick up my car the work carried out was outstanding I can't fault this company thank you very much.
I had a seperate issue not related to my locking wheel nut, I spoke to Hiren he offered to drill they wheel nuts off to help me out, what a kind person he is, going over and above to help a customer.
Thank you so much to you Hiren and the team involed in preparing my vehicle , it very much appreciated.
