I had what I thought were window alignment issues with my Audi TT frameless windows. I went to IRG on a recommendation and they fitted me in within 24hrs to drop the car off for a diagnosis. They confirmed the price beforehand. On inspection, they found that the doors had dropped slightly and they rectified this along with the windows for a perfect finish. They also kept to the original price, so no nasty shocks. Any Audi TT owners with window issues or door drop, I would highly recommend IRG!

Very happy with iRG Cardiff's repair work. The repair time was slightly long but the work done was absolutely brilliant and worth the wait. Felt like I drove off a brand new car today.

Exceptional company. From the moment my car needed repair to its return they were extremely professional. They picked the car up (drove it very well - tracker info) and returned it after it was completed. Well done *****

The whole process of getting my car repaired was great from the time I delivered it , right through to collection was first class.I was told it would take about 1 week , and I had the car back in 4 days.
The work looks superb and the customer care offered by Gemma was also first class

From the initial contact to vehicle handover post repair, the team were great. Communication was well maintained both verbally via online repair tracker. Courtesy car immediately available, and so far the repair seems to have been carried out to a high standard.

Recently dealt with IRG repair group and have to say they were brilliant. Kept me in the loop from start to finish of getting my vehicle back.
Special shout out to Gemma who was my contact go to.

Also the lovely gent who collected and returned my car. What a gem he is.

Well where do I start still waiting for confirmation that this company have applied gardx to my vehicle as per instructions and when they are going to send me and gardx the proof they have done it.
After more than two weeks and still waiting this is poor customer service not responding to me directly after numerous attempts seems they put no importance whatsoever on maintaining their customers warranties seems they can’t get rid of me quick enough.
Steer well clear if you want a good customer experience

Gemma and Amy were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Was very fast and had a lovely courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed. Highly recommend.

My car went in for repairs with IRG in Cardiff. They did a great job and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Repairs are top quality and communication throughout from IRG was exemplary.

From the guy that come to collect my car and drop off a courtesy car( who was well mannered and simply kind) to the constant update on progress with my car from Amy who again was so professional,simply kind and courteous.
My car was repaired to a very high standard.

Absolutely first class service! Very pleased with the work, updated regularly, can't fault IRG!

Firstly I cannot complain about the delivery staff they were top tier. Repair wise what an absolute shambles, took to two independent repair shops locally and one described IRG repair as quote: JUNK.

Contacted irg no replies via email so I had to call where i was met with conflict after stating my issues . The rear quarter panel internal frame work was squashed resulting in them pulling the top dent but creating a larger one to the bottom , barn door that was damaged scrapes along the bumper in two places. Soon as I opened the door it’s scratched the new paint work off. The VW badge couldn’t even be stuck back on central to the housing, a blind person would do a better job.

After contacting my insurance the van was booked in for today 8:30 am I’ve left work resulting in more wages lost for irg not to turn up, so I called irg : no courtesy van has arrived at the depot yet, I’ve not been informed and would have been unless I called.

I went with this company as my Insurance use them , please be vigilant when using these guys.

I have various other issues with the engine light and air bag light which was reset and came bk on 50 miles down the road. In all honesty feel like I’m dealing with parliament.

Will update once I know what’s happening as I do not review often but feel the need for this one. I’ll give credit where credit is due and like I said I’m happy to update this if works are corrected.

From stat to finish, was messed around a few times, the reception is about as helpful as a door stop, not up beat or happy, telephone manner was shocking, they had absolutely no idea of anything, I had no updates, I had to call on a few occasions on the update of my car, first point of call definitely need to have more training, only guy I had good conversation skill was the lovely chap picked my car up and dropped it of was a guy called jimmy he was amazing so polite a credit to your company he dropped it off 17.03.25 fabulous credit to your team, my cursosty car stunk of drirty smelly stunk of cigarettes no fuel in th car, no windscreen washer shocking service
