Fast friendly staff and an excellent job

Wouldn’t recommend, told me the parts ordered in would take 4-6 weeks and they’ll let me know when they come and would have started it but they didn’t. Women rung me yesterday stuck up. Attitude that the courtesy car 24 hours to bring back knows had vulnerable people that use the car and mini vallet where by

Car went in for a repair, found the staff very friendly and professional. Kept me informed regularly the person who dealt with myself was lauren.
Also the driver who picked the car up and delivered it back was really helpful one nice bloke lol 10/10 great survive 👍.

Very friendly staff who kept us informed at every stage of the repair. The repair was completed to a very high standard and the car looks as good as new. Having a courtesy car while the work was being done allowed us to carry on with life. Would be happy to recommend their services to someone else. I brought my Passat in a week ago and received notification yesterday that the work was completed. The results are outstanding; the vehicle now appears brand new. I particularly appreciate the consistent communication throughout the process and the complimentary valet service provided before collection. This was an excellent and highly professional service.

So impressed how quick my claim was dealt with and my car was collected ready for repair.
