My Audi Q2 was hit by a stone on the motorway.Damage to the bonnet an grill.My insurance instructed IRG to repair.A few teething problems with communication but rectified by senior management.Got my car back today an happy with IRG.Would recommend.

Tristan who delivered the courtesy car and collected my vehicle, kirsty on reception and the repair manager who showed me my repair all were courteous warm and helpful. The customer service was excellent and repair done to a high standard in timely way. Well done all. Hoping I dont have another accident, but if I do I will come to you.

IRG stands for Innovative Run Group, they put the runs in your paint, messed up paint job twice now still fighting it out 9 months down the line with the insurance.

I received exceptional customer service from Kirsty. She went above and beyond to make things more comfortable for my son who is autistic and struggles with changing vehicles. She sent me photo's of the courtesy car before hand and checked if we had any specifications that she could control, this helped so much. She kept me updated regularly, and her communication really helped. She was very efficient and professional and didn't hesitate to help us, which we were very pleased with.

There were two awful scuffs on the rear bumper of my Honda Jazz, which were brilliantly removed by the team a IRG. The job was simply perfect! Excellent service throughout from Reception and the Body Shop. The cost was also very fair. Highly recommended.

I am thoroughly delighted with the service I have received from IRG in Pontypridd. My car was collected from my home and taken to IRG in Pontypridd for the repairs to be carried out. The repairs were completed to a fantastic standard. The car was also delivered back to my home after me not being able to drive due to the car accident. The staff were so helpful. 100% happy customer. Thank you so much.

Excellent company. They kept me updated when any progress was being made. The car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up also.

My car went here from my insurance company after someone had crashed their car into the back of mine while I was stationary. The back bumper had all snapped off and there was a horrible squeaking noise and cluncking noise.Everything went smooth I had a courtesy car arranged the next day by enterprise and 3 days later irg picked up my car. 3 weeks later I had a phone call to say the car was done. Went to go pick it up and the back bumper was my old back bumper that had noticeably been rammed back onto the car, the bumper was not on properly at all and that was very noticeable! It also still had scratches all over the back so it was quite obvious they hadn’t even painted the scratches! That squeaking and clunking that the car was deemed dangerous to drive over was also still there! So we took the car back. Spoke to the manager who claimed the back bumper had a clip put on to the bumper to hold it in place (it looked absolutely awful) and we exclaimed about the squeaking and cluncking noise as that was really worrying me and I’m pregnant bear in mind! I then have a call a week later to say the whole back bumper had to be replaced due to all the clips being snapped. SO WHY WAS MY CAR HANDED BACK TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE??? Moving on, I then pick it up the second time after they’d finally fixed the bumper and resprayed the car. Low and behold the squeaking noise is still there and had not been addressed at all! They didn’t even speak to me about any of the repairs. Just let the poor reception lady deal with it who was very friendly and helpful may I add.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a garage! For an accident and damages that were not my fault! My car is now back in a trusted garage of my choice having to have new shock absorbers as they had snapped and a brand new reverse light as not even that was checked! My car is still out of use and broke after it coming to this company for repairs all paid for my by insurance and they couldn’t even be bothered to fix it or communicate with me! Just a warning to all those who they are likely to take for granted to those who are either younger or don’t know much about cars. The stuff they tried to get away with and would’ve if I didn’t take my step dad with me! Absolutely disgusting

We recently contacted IRG with a difficult job on a new vehicle, I was informed by the IRG team throughout the process and the work completed was exemplary. I Thoroughly recommend IRG to customers that want their vehicles repaired at a high level, efficiently and cost effectively!

Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was very helpful and more importantly patient with me, I struggle with certain disabilities so often find my self getting frustrated and confused easily. My car was collected promptly from my home by a recovery driver and I received a phone call within a few hours off someone to say that my vehicle has passed a suspension or steering check and has gone in to workshop to be repaired and that i should have it back at the end of week as it was only a small repair. Took delivery of my car and am over the moon with how it looks. Super happy thank you all, will be in contact to get my wifes car in next

Only took a week to repair which was excellent service. Did forget to polish out slight mark on bonnet and drivers door exterior mirror which they sorted when I pointed out the difficulty
