They don't like to work they send me to PATRONATO even I have an appointment with them so what is the used of having an office if we all go to PATRONATO?only waste of time going to them 'too many cooks spoil the broth'in the end there is no good job done even we are under modern technology

The shame of italy!! They press people like lemons. The highest percentage of social security in the world. And they still can't help sick or older people. A quarterly payment and on top a yearly payment, make people work to pay INPS. Real maffia style. And if you call or mail them they are so rude and disrespectful towards the working people. Time to reduce that social security and become a legit and real company!!!!!!

Proof of life was verified in January of this year. We're July now and no office besides general INPS email is responding; not the office in Rome, not the office in Firenze. And through general email I only get the response that "our hands are tied" regarding refusal of paying out withheld 1.5 years worth of pension. INPS are plain criminals. It's all becoming very clear judging from all these reviews here on Trustpilot, and INPS should be prosecuted for actively withholding pensions that people have the right to.

Siamo ormai a luglio e nessun ufficio oltre alla posta elettronica generale dell'INPS risponde; non l'ufficio di Roma, non l'ufficio di Firenze. E tramite e-mail generale ricevo solo la risposta che "abbiamo le mani legate" riguardo al rifiuto di versare la pensione trattenuta di 1,5 anni. L'INPS è un vero delinquente. Sta diventando tutto molto chiaro a giudicare da tutte queste recensioni qui su Trustpilot, e l'INPS dovrebbe essere perseguito per aver rifiutato attivamente le pensioni a cui le persone hanno diritto.

Working over a year on proof of life forms to continue payment of withheld pension. The organization fails to mention why forms are being rejected but rather blatantly agitated continue to mention nothing other than "no supporting documentation". Meanwhile a senior in her 80's is living without pension for approximately a year. They're incompetent, irritated by the fact you have a hard time understanding their incomprehensible 'English' and have no problem whatsoever being rude.

one customer service operator is very unhelpful and sarcastic.. we called her 2min ago. what a waste of money that inps gives salary to people who don’t do their job and very uneducated.i hope they would screen their staff well.

Terrible experience with Inps italy.

Horrible experience, they don’t want to hear my question or they just still occupied. I’ve questions about my mom’s pension. It’s cost me a lot of money to heart their music and all theirs rules and policies.
I tried to call 15-20 time, used Italian, russian or english language. Employers just hung up !
Vergogna !

Possibly the worst 'customer service' experience that can exist today. You are there to help pensioners, yet nobody knows anything about anything! You make it exceptionally hard to even just get through, and when you do finally get through your operators hang up counting down the minutes until its lunchtime!!!
Totally unsatisfactory - this service just should not exist full stop!

Do una stella in quanto non esiste lo zero assoluto. Incompetenti, strafottenti, maleducati, pagati per scaldare una sedia.

VERGOGNOSO,Contact Center quasi irraggiungibile con operatori spesso incompetenti e/o disinformati che alla mala parata interrompono la comunicazione.
