Emily Grimes is always incredibly helpful and patient and reliable!

Set-up was as quick and easy as switching a whole organisations mobile fleet can be! We have a dedicated account manager (Emily) who is super-responsive to any needs we have. Our biggest issue to date has been with signal coverage - InReach provided us with free signal boost boxes where required and this has resolved the majority of issues.
The billing platform is easy to use and provides all the information we need.
The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that we are only 6 months in to our contract so don't feel I can 100% recommend any business with whom I have had a relatively short relationship.

Really knowledgeable and helpful reccomend whole heartedly if your looking at upgrading to the cloud

Love the system, ideal for us as we often work from home and we can just login on our smartphones.

No more mornings spend listening and writing down ansaphone messages, all straight to inbox so they can be forwarded to the right person!
