Took 30 days to receive order. Now I have asked for a return slip three times as told to do in the directions. But still haven’t received it.

My father-in-law has cancer and was being treated inpatient at the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute, while my mother-in-law was staying at the American Cancer Hope Lodge. I had ordered dinner for her that evening from Jack’s Barbecue to be delivered to her at the lodge. Inyra delivered exactly as instructed. Appreciate this service!
