They came home to install the EV…
They came home to install the EV charger, they well assessed the place and explained the options and prices in an honest way, they were also open to hear our concerns and they proposed solutions. The did a very good job, all very well installed and clean. Very friendly staff.
Amazing service
The installation was fast and accurate. The technicians were so friendly and they have a great experience.
A suggestion for the booking web page is to allow customers to upload pictures of the installation site so the technical team have an idea of the installation difficulty. This will prevent cancelations and can help calculate prices and pre-planning. It also can help with customer satisfaction. It's also for the safety of the technicians.
