Generally I've only had great experiences with In Sense. So every other one would be a 5/5. But this time there was a shipping problem. It came very quickly but didn't make it to my address. Someone the next town over found the FedEx bag on the street with part of the shipment. She was able to reach me because of the packing slip. So I did get half of my order. And thankfully the kratom comes in an airtight package as it had been raining all night before she found it.

The ordering process and the kratom are excellent. The shipping was a problem and FedEx won't do anything. But I will order again as this is the only time anything like this has happened with in sense.

In a good way! I order at least once a month. The quality is always great, the shipping is SUPER fast. A very very reliable company. One time when my e-check glitched and double ordered they went the extra mile to call me to make sure it wasn't a mistake. It was and they promptly refunded me. I really appreciate InSense Botanicals!

Phenomenal company, I live nearby and do local pickup. I used to have it shipped to me from other companies before I found Gold Leaf/InSense, and this company has the best quality of any I've bought from!! Try for yourself and you'll know the difference!

I have been purchasing kratom and other botanicals from In Sense for about 3 years and I have never had a bad experience with them or their sister organization Gold Leaf Botanicals.

I don’t ever write reviews but how can I not write one for this place. It’s a lifesaver and I am grateful. And the people on the other side of this business are always pleasant and helpful. So my review is just “this place is ideal for Kratom, and Kratom users.” 6 stars! But there is only 5 allowed? I said 6 stars!!!

I decided to take advantage of the sales put on by In Sense and try some blends. I was very impressed with the Red Dragon and White Chocolate, and ordered some KX Blend and Rise and Shine. They were very potent and amazing. I especially enjoy the KX Blend. I call it a happy mix. Looking forward to my next order. Got my eye on the new Botanicals. Just keeps getting better and better at In Sense Botanicals-Joe

Great service with great product.

I was searching for some extracts and roots and found this site. I tried Ashwagandha from In Sense and I liked the quality and total experience with the company. Yet ask for bigger variety of extracts, superfoods, maybe Chinese tea?

Less potent than the stuff I can get at the head shop. Honestly didn't feel like I was taking anything, even up to 10g, a ludicrous amount when I typically take less than 3g of a white or green vein. Service was very quick and I appreciate the little sampler they gave as well though.

My husband has been ordering from here since, which is a good thing because if you buy some high quality kratom, you will save a great deal of money. The products are always completely authentic and fresh, and the samples are excellent, so thank you very much.
