the clothing is way too samll.I wear a us 2xl so I bought the biggest size they have Wich is a 3xl, I felt like I was trying to squeeze into a woman's shirt. I'm 6ft tall 260 pounds I'm not a small dude, so I just wish they'd make clothing to cater to big guys a well.
/Edit* as per the reply insert coin gave I went back to there store but couldn't find any items that had the description of wether it was "fitted" or "relaxed". And as for the "standard" sizing, I compared it to clothes I wear on the regular and what I had bought from insert coin. My regular clothes are a size samller than what I bought from them. So that goes to show you the "standard" sizs isn't all that standard at all.

Hi there Roberto. Thanks for your feedback. As you can see on other reviews below, we also get people mentioning that our clothing runs big too. To be honest, the sizing is pretty standard though - for US, UK and the rest of the world. All measurements are on the site and are listed as actual dimensions (in CM and inches) rather than arbitrary 'sizes' - and it's also noted whether items are fitted (deliberately tailored in for a sharp look) or relaxed (slightly oversized for a more slouchy look). We hope that helps :-)
Edit: As per your subsequent edit / change in score, we do provide the measurements of all items on our Sizing page and this should always be your first port of call to make sure you get the best fit. All items that are specifically fitted (such as jackets) or oversized (such as sweaters) are always marked as such. Otherwise fitting is fairly standard - although there can of course be exceptions. And of course we do always have our awesome customer service team on hand to assist if you have any specific queries - even if it’s just to get a specific measurement on what you want to order. Scam and steals your money.
Insert Coin clothing is a very untrustworthy brand that steals you of your money. I ordered a Devil May Cry hoodie from them that was roughly $60 US currency and it never showed up. Even after 6 months of waiting it never arrived (I should clarify that this order was made years ago when the item was still well in stock).
My friend had a similar experience when ordering a Venasaur T- shirt/hoodie and it never arrived robbing him of the same amount of money. Trust me when I say this company is a scam and does not handle well at all with overseas orders let alone local.

Hi Richard. We can unequivocally confirm we are NOT a scam and we always send items out as paid for. We would not have such a huge community of satisfied customers - nor would we consistently work with companies as diverse as PlayStation and Pokémon, Square Enix and Kojima Productions if we were anything less than 100% professional. Unfortunately, we haven’t actually sold any Devil May Cry items for several years, so we wish you had raised your issue early as we could’ve assisted really easily. We would never recommend waiting six months for an item to arrive - shipping usually takes a maximum of 2-3 weeks. Likewise if your friend emails in direct (if they haven’t already - our team are always standing by via our contact page or through our social feeds) we can certainly look into their order and assist them too. We hope that helps put your mind at rest. There’s no way we would’ve survived eight years in the industry - and worked with the biggest developers from around the world - if we were a scam! Do ask your friend to drop us a line if they have any concerns with their order or need further assistance 😊

Great service and products
Kind of shocked to see such a low rating for these guys so feel I should help get them where they belong.
I've ordered multiple items and bundles from them, all have arrived quickly and the quality has been second to none. Sure there might be some bad stories, but my experiences with them has been second to none.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company - avoid!
First time I ordered with them I got a dispatch e-mail but after nearly 2 weeks of no parcel I contacted them and was told the dispatch notice was a mistake and nothing had been sent.
I assumed this was an honest mistake and mistakenly used them a second time for a Christmas gift.
Again I received a dispatch notice but no parcel turned up, their tracking number showed Royal Mail was still waiting for it to be handed over.
Speaking to someone at InsertCoin, I was told the parcel had actually been delivered - 2 weeks before I even ever placed the order! This company thinks their service is so good, they can deliver into the past!
I spoke to someone else and was told they had a record of the parcel leaving the building but not been picked up by Royal Mail. I was told they would send another of the item out with overnight delivery so it was guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next day - this too never turned up.
It's obvious something dodgy is going on over at this company, likely they have someone working for them that is stealing parcels and everyone else is happy to cover for them. They'll blame Royal Mail but they already admitted it never even made it into RM's hands in the first place!
Don't be tempted by their selection of gaming merchandise - look elsewhere and save yourself a headache.
Edit in response: Their claim that they rushed this item that was only just now coming out of pre-order stage and just finished production is a blatant lie - they've been retweeting people that have received this product for weeks on their social media.
Backpedaling to cover for the fact they have no idea what happened to the first order other than it left their building and then went missing.

Hi Laura! Thanks for your message - we believe we spoke to your father a couple of times yesterday about this issue.
We did indeed erroneously give an incorrect mailing date on the first occasion he called (as there were two orders on your father's account). As you can imagine there are a lot of orders going through our system at the moment and we are only a small team of five, so it was an unfortunate human error on our part.
However upon a second conversation, we resolved that the preorder hadn't yet been sent as production had only just been completed and all orders were being processed. We then rushed the order through for you immediately, and upgraded it from regular shipping to signed-for shipping (which is not our standard service).
Unfortunately, we aren't able to control Royal Mail further - especially with how busy they are at this time of year - and we find it equally frustrating when items don't arrive on time. However, tracking it through their online service shows that it is most definitely on its way (we just checked and it is with one of their service centres presently) so it should be with you very soon.
Rest assured, none of our team are stealing, and this was a simple error that we have swiftly tried to resolve for you. However, if you do have any further issues with your order, we are more than happy to assist and advise further.

PS, Apologies, we just noticed your additional edit. The Aloy hoodie has been a preorder item and only started shipping on 14th December, so we would only have been re-sharing images of customers wearing theirs from 15th December onwards - if they chose to share them of course. The only other photos we have previously posted of this item have been from our photoshoot and where we gifted our only prototype to a PlayStation representative who also cosplays as Aloy. Late delivery, and I was sent the wrong item. However, I promptly was informed that the correct item would be sent out, and I could keep the incorrect one.

Looking on our system, there's no record of your name as a customer at all, so it looks like your order probably didn't go through. Sometimes, for international orders, this is because of security issues regarding payment. We would definitely recommend emailing or calling for assistance. Every email received is replied to within 48-72 hours (Monday to Friday), so if you haven't previously received a reply, then we didn't get your message for some reason.
A big part of my wardrobe!
I bought a lot from them. Their clothing is interesting at the very least. The quality is great and it feels like real and nice clothing, something uncommon for nerdy apparel. Their clothing is officially licensed and in kinda limited quantities, I've lost the chance a couple of times to get some of their pieces I really wanted. They have great and enticing SALES too. But what I mostly like is their designs! Very cool and creative, kinda distinctive, some you can even wear them for a night out for clubbing and no one will get the reference except of a fellow gamer. They also understand and appreciate their customers... It was a huge surprise for me getting such a nice present in my Christmas order!
My only critic would be for their e-mail system. A couple of times when I tried to contact them by e-mail for an issue I got no answer so I had to call them and the issue was fixed immediately. It's been some time since then so they may be have a better e-mail system by now.

Can not fault Insert Coin!!
Can not fault Insert Coin. Spoke to some of the guys at comicon and loved what they were about. Have since got myself a load of their stuff, the designs are fantastic and look/feel amazing. The quality of their products is great also and i love the unique 3/4 sleeves they have on alot of their shirts.
My band and I love these guys and I would highly recommend them, and have done, to friends and fans alike. They always have great deals on as well so make use of it!

Very deceiving.
Won't be buying from Insert Coin Clothing ever again, I bought a Monster Hunter tee less than 24 hours after a promotion email for a free figure went out and didn't get said figure because they "ran out" and only had 100 of them, they could have at least posted the amount they had, had I known it was so low I would not have bothered. Plus their sizes run way too big, this is a large? This isn't a large, this is a tarp I could fit an entire circus under. So my friends, stick with other notable outlets for any gaming themed gear in the future. The shirt was cheap so returning it is pointless, but don't promise things you barely have stock of.

Hi there! Sorry to hear you were disappointed that you didn't receive an additional promotional item in your order. We did clearly state on all adverts that the stock was limited and we added free items on a first placed / first added basis. The demand for these items was incredibly high, mainly due to an unexpected additional push for the offer via official MH channels, combined with a 70% discount on the products that were included in the deal. All items are always limited - as well as promotions - and so we always recommend ordering asap to avoid any disappointment. In terms of the fit, the sweaters on this deal we're 'oversized' fit and the girly-cut tees were 'boyfriend' cut and again a relaxed fit, as listed on the product page, with all sizing dimensions noted on our Size Guide, accessible via the product page. We always recommend checking the sizes listed against a similar item you already own to help minimise any sizing issues. Finally, if it helps, returning items is always completely free (for UK orders at least), so you would be able to send them back for an exchange or a refund as appropriate. All you need to do is print out a returns form and take it to your nearest post office - or non-UK you can send an email in to our team who are always more than happy to assist. Hope that helps :-)
Best customer service
I have ordered from this website twice and they have always delivered super quickly (2 working days for the UK). Additionally, I've had to change my last product for a bigger size and it was so hassle free. Just had to print out the return post and reason for return slip, then took it to the post office near my house. They proceeded to dispatch the new one on the same day the received the item to change. They also often have good deals on
