Great selection, great people, and great prices.
My wife and I just purchased our first home, and we were unsure of what style of flooring to install throughout our home. Mike and the other guys at Inside Story were extremely helpful by walking us through their diverse selection of carpets and luxury vinyl planking. They helped us narrow our search to the perfect flooring for our home and the installers did a fantastic job! Their knowledge, service and product selection is second to none, thank you again Mike!

Bad installation / worse customer service
Installation was done poorly we had several small issues which they were able to make good enough, but after replacing a piece right inside the front door - you can see the seam and it looks like a different color. They say it's as good as it gets and will do no more. Mike, the owner, does NOT care at all about customer service. I have never dealt with a business owner who cares less than he does.

Excellent quality and service!
This is my second carpet experience with Inside Story. They are professional and courteous every time I speak with any of the guys. I genuinely appreciate the expertise and wisdom that Mike has provided when I can't make my mind up! They show up when they say they will and get the job done and in this day and age-that is rare! Highly recommend this business!
