Visit the warehouse regularly to see the wonderful displays and choice of goods throughout the year. Particularly love the ‘themed’ displays at Easter/Halloween & Christmas, a lot of hard work and dedication by the Team is evident. Staff members are always approachable and friendly too. Will be visiting a whole lot more this year in the run up to my daughter’s wedding, as they also have an amazing flower arranging team who make beautiful arrangements and displays. There is also a lovely cafe where you can have a coffee and a light bite whilst shopping.

Inspirations is a must see experience especially for seasonal themed events such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween. Their displays are second to none, so much effort is put in on visual marketing. The staff are always polite and deliver excellent customer service. A great experience and highly recommended. On site cafe.

Wow!! No matter how many times I visit here, I'm blown away. The displays, the merchandising, the variety of products. I've bought items for my home, for friends and family, gifts. I love seeing new items for different seasons, events. Christmas is incredible, and our Christmas collection is growing every year from inspirations, with all the unique baubles and foliage. I've recommended here to so many people to visit, even if they want somewhere to walk around with the kids/grandkids at Christmas. It's amazing. The staff are really helpful, even when it's mad busy! Definitely visit, you won't be disappointed, and like me and my family, be a regular visitor!

Inspirations should not call themselves florist sundries. They hardly ever have stuff in stock. Christmas and they do not have any 22 gauge stub wire for wreath making!!!

How can this place be described as wholesale and wholesale prices! Twelve 4 inch long birthday candles £2.75 plus VAT on top. Later called at home bargains where twelve 5 inch birthday candies were a mere 79p. See pics of both to see similarities. Outrageous! A piece of artificial wisteria was £9.99 plus VAT and I’ve ordered it from shein instead for £1.53! Will never buy from there again! How can any business buying from there make mark ups at those prices?

Bought a fragrance diffuser which unfortunately leaked and ruined the wood surface it was sitting on. After returning the item for inspection the company told me that, despite the photo evidence I provided which proves there was an issue with the product, they actually found no fault with it but would offer me store credit in “good will”. As if I would spill oily water over my furniture just to get a refund them? My sideboard cost more than your fragrance diffuser, why would I do that? Giving 2 stars instead of one as I eventually did get a refund, but it was extremely tiresome. I own a small business and would *never* treat a customer like this. I don’t recommend this company if you value your consumer rights.

Incredible place, you’re going to need to make yourself free for the day…it’s a day out to me! I start my shopping with a trip to the Cafe, carrot cake is 👌🏻 and the staff are so friendly, service great. Then on to the main warehouse….aisles of pure gorgeousness. We went for “a few decorations” we came out with a 10ft Christmas tree, they have them all on display so you can see the quality and also colour/themed sections which makes for easy shopping. The quality of items is great, some really unique decorations which will become a little talking point on our tree.
Staff were really attentive, offering great advice and also offering to help us back to the car with our 2 full trolley loads of Christmas goodness. I can’t wait to visit after Christmas to see their other stock too.

What an amazing place!! Great customer service, had an issue and they sorted it with a smile. Have shopped here for years and never had an issue before. The staff go out of their way to help and are always willing.
Cafe is just something else. Food is top notch and not what you expect from a cafe. Definitely recommend the Biscoff Cheesecake, it’s to die for!

Christmas can’t happen without a trip to Inspirations!

Items all looked lovely on website however over 50% of the items arrived smashed due to poor packaging and handling. The items that did survive the journey looked cheap and wasn’t worth the postage to return. It took 3 emails and a number of calls for the company to even respond to my email and won’t be using them again.

Do not use this company. Ordered a TV unit. Took day off work. It arrived damaged - this was a Friday. Called them and they agreed to exchange it the following Tuesday. they also promised to call me on the Monday to confirm a smaller delivery window. They never called. I called them Monday evening and they said out of stock so would refund. This was not acceptable especially as they were showing in stock on their website and could order one. They then said they could get one. they collected the damaged one on the Tuesday and promised to get the new one for the Wednesday. Tuesday evening they said they couldn't get one and couldn't fulfil the order. 2 days taken of work. No unit - Their attitude - these things happen. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !
