DISGUSTING
More Disgraceful behaviour from the national Hell service. I have many things wrong with me and have more bad days than good, I phoned for a telephone appointment (as I could barely walk, was in absolute agony with chronic pain) I knew what the problem was as ive suffered with it for many years and just needed to talk to my doctor on the telephone (I had previously been told not to ask for my own doctor ! Which is Disgusting and Disgraceful in its self) the receptionist was back and forth speaking to who knows which doctor and they wanted me to go to Avenue House for a face to face. The whole point of me asking for a Telephone appointment was because I couldn't get there, I was crying in agony with the chronic pain and they wanted me to go in which I couldn't. I ended up hanging up the phone and was just left to suffer in chronic pain absolutely sobbing. DISGUSTING. All she said was well we've offered you a face to face appointment- which I couldn't get to!! How stupid are they?! This surgery has gone down hill since this online change. Can't even speak to my own doctor, been told not to ask for my own doctor. It's a Disgrace. The national Hell service is all going down hill causing more pain and deaths.
