We're sorry to read your experience with Declan has been unpleasant.
From knowing the background on this situation, Declan has been working tirelessly for months to update and correct the misinformation, links to wrong websites/pages not working, not displaying correct procedures and pretty much everything listed on your website. This is still incorrect, as all the information has to be approved at allAgents, yet when asked if they had been received or when they would be set live, we never get a response.
Only to then receive emails some weeks later asking if we'd like to upgrade and buy a package? Which if we’re honest, isn’t the best customer experience, nor putting us the customer 1st. I know we are only a basic member, however, we’d never want our clients to have an experience like this, regardless of what level of package or service they are on.
We do always try and have a great working relationship with our suppliers, but when communication breaks down or doesn't happen then relationships get strained, as in this case.
We have requested to be removed from your site on several occasions to which we have since been told we can't as we're still trading. Which does seem unfair due to the fact we can't update nor correct the pages and display correct information which potential clients need and want to see.
You are entitled to your opinion and views, of course, however, this review isn't particularly professional nor fair to inspired Sales and Lettings as to quote your above review "I would avoid this firm".
We are simply trying to ensure the general public that is using your site and looking for an estate agent is reading and seeing the correct information when looking to choose the right agent for their needs and the biggest purchase of their lives.
We do hope that we can move forward from this and have a good working relationship.

Charley is one of the best agents we’ve…
Charley is one of the best agents we’ve ever met - she was so professional and helpful, she gave us a lot of useful information and she was more than happy to answer all of our questions about the properties we viewed together. And even though the ones we’ve seen weren’t for us, she was so kindly following up after each of our viewings and she was giving her best to help us find our dream home. I never write reviews, but I made an exception as honestly we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Excellent service
Inspired were extremely professional and helpful. The sale of my flat was well looked after from start to finish. The marketing was great and a buyer was found within a week of going on the market. Michael and Andy provided an excellent service for the flat sale. They also gave brilliant advice when I asked which was invaluable. After the sale was made, Sally looked after the sale progression and was amazing. She resolved many issues throughout the process and put my mind at ease. Sally helped ensure the stamp duty deadline was met by the whole chain. Thank you very much to the team at Inspired, I would highly recommend them.
