Excellent customer service from Kathryn. Really helpful answering my questions and directing me to correct product. Great Communication. Once order placed Kathryn also followed up by email advising on timescales and attached helpful manufacturer cleaning advice. Superb!

Excellent service throughout. Placed order Wednesday evening (best price). IH rang me Thursday morning to confirm order and arrange delivery. Radiator arrived Friday morning. Couldn't have been easier.

REINA product ordered via the IH website on Monday afternoon - email acknowledgement received from IH Tuesday morning - furnished with courier name (DX) and tracking number that afternoon. Wednesday morning order delivered. Excellent service - many thanks

Terrible service. Ordered a large radiator and valves. The valves that came with it were wrong, the website didn't specify what would come with the radiator so I ended up ordering more than needed, when I complained I received no compensation. The radiator was also damaged on arrival but as I didn't completely unpackage the item to find the issue (I wanted to keep it protected and assumed a new item wouldn't already be damaged), I was denied any compensation or resolution. So now I have a damaged radiator and extra valves. Nice service for ~£600 purchase.

I purchased a Radox towel radiator from Inspired Heating, very happy with it and it was a great price and quick delivery, so happy with them on the original order. I recently went away on business and came back to a leaking radiator, I initially contacted Radox who, although helpful, wanted me to pay for a new radiator.

I then contacted Inspired Heating and they were absolute brilliant, I'm not sure I've experienced such good customer service before, issue resolved, new radiator on it's way, super help, super friendly.

After sales service is excellent. No hanging on to the phone waiting to get through. Emails answered quickly. They made sure I had a satisfactory result with my faulty radiator. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. When a part failed, they arranged a replacement that arrived within days. When the replacement failed and I requested a refund rather than second refund, they did so without issue or complaint, dealing with the supplier on my behalf. Really great.

Purchased Ultraheat Bombe Aluminium Radiator. Noticed sight damage to the top plastic grill & I wanted to see if I could purchase a replacement part. I contacted Inspired Heating & they forwarded my query to the manufacturer. After a delay Kathryn from Inspired Heating chased this up & the problem has now been resolved. I would recommend this company to friends & family & the 5 stars given are well deserved.
