I ordered a breast cancer ring on May 31, 2025. Tracking indicates it’s been in processing at US customs since June 27, 2025. Nothing further, states it’s been in transit for 47 days. I’m requesting a refund. Being a breast cancer survivor I really wanted the ring but transit time is ridiculous. I’ll see if I get my refund. Order number IJ33601, tracking number EYT5060111734HGW

I placed an order on May 31st 2025 and it is now July 11th and I still haven’t received my order. I filed a claim thru PayPal and the seller said it was lost and they sent another one. I don’t have a good feeling about this company and will never buy from them again! If I could give negative stars I would. Not a happy customer!

I ordered a bracelet and received a confirmation of its delivery I didn’t get it in my mailbox so I went to post office Was told it was a wrong tracking number Isent many emails to them and PayPal They wouldn’t give me another tracking number so unfortunately I never got the bracelet or a REFUND Customer service was awful and they don’t have. Phone DO NOT ORDER from these people !!!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Sent wrong size, blamed me, refused to send another and it’s ridiculously expensive to send back to China for a refund.

Totally disappointed it took forever they don't respond to emails

I ordered a bracelet on May 6 2025. It's now June 6 2025 and I have not received. I also paid for expedited shipping. There is no phone number to call and they don't respond to emails. Totally disappointed. Will not order from this company again. I may never receive the merchandise. I'll dispute through my credit card. Waste of time. StY away from this company.

My best friend was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and it’s very sad to see how she’s suffering with chemo, can’t eat, hair loss, neuropathy in legs etc.. just praying for her recovery, and a miracle, as I am a true Christian and believes in his. However, I recently purchased the cancer infinity ring as a symbol, and mostly to support everyone suffering from this “silent killer” illness. Thank you fir an opportunity to share my story 🙏🏻💜

Easy to shop for what I needed. Large selection to choose from. Lots of different options and categories. I have purchased several different items from this company.

I purchased three items from Inspiringjewel, and all of them were absolutely beautiful!! Well worth the wait! I purchased two rings (one with my deceased son's photo, one with his name and wings, and a bracelet with his name and wings!!! I cannot give enough praise for this company!!! Keep up your beautiful work! I will be ordering more in the very near future!!!!

I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered and was billed for jewelry I ordered on 5/8 as of today 5/28 my jewelry hasn't been delivered and hasn't even reached the US. If I had known shipping would take so long I wouldn't have ordered. This was a birthday gift and it will not be here in time. I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

The customer service was top notch. They took the time to listen, and then answered questions. It was such a pleasure to be able to work with the people.

Tiny Heart with Wings Ring

Ordered my product weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping (3-5 business days) still don’t have it. Also had no idea this product was from China. Company has no customer service phone number and will not communicate via phone. Only through delayed emails. Poor poor company. Borderline scam. Buyer beware!

They are making the most memorable pieces that one can cherish for a lost loved one.

I bought one of the MS support rings and it is beautiful! Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt, faster than advised so that's perfect! Can't wait to spread the word about MS to help me and others who suffer from this.

Timely arrival, packaged well with no damage

Shipping took too long, the items were overpriced, and defective, poor quality for the price. Both bracelets I ordered broke as soon as my sons put them on. I tried to cancel the order and return the bracelets but no one would respond to my messages. I found this same item on Amazon for way less than Inspiring Jewel. I was disappointed in this company and their service and do not suggest buying from them if you can find the item on Amazon.

I still have not received the bracelet
Ordered and paid on April 26th.
I emailed your company 2 times and finally received 1 back that it was on its way.
Did not know it was from China. Tried to check on it and Norton said it was bad website so I did not click on it.
Very disappointed as it was for my daughter for mother's day in memory of her son who was killed before Christmas.
I still have not received the necklace.
