Rob from inspiring blinds based in Waltham abbey came out to adjust my blinds I had installed in 2023 .
He was polite, friendly and completed the task very efficiently. Great service with no charge at all.

A lovely family run business who really do know their trade, from start to finish there was no issue at all, Greg really knows his stuff, not your typical sales person not pushy and gave the best advice on what I was looking for, the shutters were fitted in an hour and look beautiful and are great quality, I 100% recommend insure blinds, you will not be disappointed 😊

We ordered our shutters at the end of 2021 and had to wait quite a while for them to get to the UK, but it was definitely worth the wait. Great customer service from start to finish. I contacted Inspiring shutters late on a Friday evening to provide a quotation for our house in Hornchurch. Mark arrived Sunday morning to measure up, his knowledge was second to none, and the whole experience was flawless.. we moved in before the shutters had arrived so paper blinds were fitted temporarily (on the day we requested) 3 weeks later the shutters arrived and installation was then professionally carried out. Can honestly say they’re the best shutters we’ve ever had. Mark and his team were brilliant from beginning to end. We went for real wood ones and they are perfect. Their price was very competitive. We were so happy with the service we got our girls bedroom fitted with a blind from them. Again great service from them. Team able to problem solve on the spot and sort out any issues. (There was only one with the blind but solutions found pretty quickly).
