The engineer and the technical team were very good, the execution of insulation went very well! However, the financial aspects were very poor, the lady whom I discussed the quote and payment with was going to make me pay about 600 £ more!! I insisted I received an updated quote which was corrected, but it took a lot of convincing before they did the right thing! If you work with them expect to have to call them many many times before the job is booked and executed.

The older guy who did our cavity wall was excellent, could not be faulted.
