On 12th september 2023 i purchased Flash BTC transaction full version for 5,000/- rupees through the site and paid through instamojo payment gateway google pay option, Hence after the payment was done i downloaded the software which was in winzip format and had virus already in it and it was unable to install on my computer.

One Word - Stay Away.

Hi guys I'm an entrepreneur and runs a few businesses.
Recently we expanded our business to indian customers. we had 3 different business with different GST no.s and websites.

1. Software Business
We creat softwares for WordPress and applied to instamojo and Razorpay. Razorpay got accepted while Instamojo declines stating their tems and condition doesn't support this business.

weird right.... We got to the support team and we got 0 help and several automated replies.

2. Education Business
We have a few educators and they teach online about software, seo, marketing and many.
My another team applied here too....Our application was rejected here too....Reason "We don't support course business"...Now this is education.

Meanwhile our team found that several websites that were selling courses and some of them selling themes and plugins which were developed by another company. Totally a steal..

And they were supported by Instamojo.... We found course being sold with instamojo.

So, we though something is fishy..Lets create a replica of the course website...

We got accpeted, and after receiving a few funds. Our account got blocked and the money were freezed... after 1 month we were able to get back the money....

So i will suggest you to go for RazorPay, Cashless or Stripe if you are a genuine business and want hasslefree transactions.

SCAM COMPANY - PAID AND NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT

They charged me INR 13K for a Baby box, but even 2 months down the line it was not delivered. No replies for refund or delivery. They are a scam company stealing funds from customers by not delivering their product.

3rd Class Platform

Applying for any type of business, there is only one answer: your business is not according to our terms, When you mailed to ask for the reason, there was only one answer, check the terms and conditions, Even after checking the message, there is no way Does not reply all over; nothing can be worse than this and 3rd class, who does not reply to his customers properly and does not solve their problems.

They are a bunch of frauds

They are a bunch of frauds, and I am going to take them to court for not reversing the failed transaction. We sent them several emails repeatedly asking for the status of the payment, and they keep saying that they are looking into it and will update us in some time. Their time has not yet come since almost one month. Do not trust this company and put your / your customers money at risk.

This company is useless

This company is useless; I am an advertiser and run ads on FB and use automation with Pabbly now both FB ads & Pabbly connect triggers but payment can't reflect in Instamojo. They just eat money.

They allow people to sell fraud content. I just bought a product from 3darchvizsecrets wesbite, this website is selling pbr textures which are proprietary content of an established platform. I reported them that this seller is not selling legal content, they didn't even bother and never took any action against him.

Intelectual absence of instamojo. It is run by brainless band. Disgusting

In the process of webserices provided by Unacademy for my recorded teaching sessions in astrology and virtual classrooms, the Webprovider has payment gate way link. For this I approched with all KYC documents to Instmojo. They wanted a bank statement. I submitted. Now they are asking a certificate from (they also do not know from whom) that authorises me to teach astrology. I am an individual and there is no law that asks me to get a certificate to teach on line. Gst if attracts then I may get GST registertion certificate. I told them all these but all are headless fellows. They are repeatedly asking for the same.

Stay Away from this Platform!

This platform is one of the worst and unreliable as well unsafe for selling digital products. There are many reasons to avoid this platform for digital product selling;
1) - Your digital products are not SAFE on Instamojo because anyone can copy your digital product and sell on same Instamojo platform without your permission on very low rates and your revenue stop.
2) - If you complain about copyright issue to Instamojo support team(JAKAS), they ask you lots of evidences. Even after your provide all the evidences however, this JAKAS don't take action against that users (Cheaters) who has copied your products and selling on Instamojo platform. The copyright issues is nothing for them, its just formalities and show-ups.
3) - Your payment holds for unnecessary reasons.
4) - There is no option for Foreign Transaction.
5) - You have to deal with Instamojo's TEAM of JAKAS upon any issues like payments, copyrights or any technical issues.

So my honest request to AVOID this Platform and go with another platform OR make your own eComm website and sell your digital products from there.

I suggest everyone not to use their service. This organization is totally fraud. They will block your money without any notifications. If you have any queries they don't reply your mail in given time. They also mailed me that I'll receive the payout at the end of the day but its been more than two days I haven't received any amount in my account.

Refund not processed - Case closed without solution

I had raised a case as the seller did not provide the service and the case was closed without even addressing my concern. I
checked every day for an update for 1.5 months and the case was closed when I logged in the next day.
If you buy any service using this platform, please ensure that the seller is really genuine by having direct conversation rather
than buying directly.
Also, the customer support does not even care if you have any concerns are they are not equipped to answer your concerns
properly. Further, customer support proactively encourages you to take legal proceedings and says, You can file a legal
complaint., even if you don't say legal.
